ripped off first by amazon .com somone accessed my account information, amazon says yes youve been ripped off, , we need to contact your bank to arrange a refund..but the bank has a vested intrest the $400.00 in n.s.f fees they gladly collected on my debit card.without telling me my account was empty.so i paid about $105.00 for 3 sodas at speedway.of course.they let me 'overdraw my account as favor too me'.

well im not a bad guy maybe im stupid .well 3 months later i recieved a settlment check from an insurance company over a traffic accident, it took me over a year in court to squeeze 1/3 of what my car was worth out of them.i bring the check to my bank sioghn the back deposit the money.now i can get my kids things out of layaway. so im out there takeing care of buisness living large with my $1.300.00 deposit when suddenly 'what a negative account balance, how could that be i just deposited a casheirs check for over $1000 dollars, double what'what''.im $400.00 dollars negative, ive only spent $58.00, so i carry my happy ass over to the bank, were they inform my that i didnt properly endorse the back of the check.so i have overdrawn my account.
i say well give me the check and ill endorse it properlyfor you.sorry my fault again i guess.well then the truth comes out we cant give you your check back untill you clear up the N.S.F.fees.
