Dr. Alford was an honest person and I was wrong in my posting. She refunded my money in July 2006 because she referred me to another dentist to get my work redone. I spent the money and did not go to the dentist she referred me to. She did what other dentists would never do- refund money. I was angry and posted false information about Dr. Alford. I have tried to remove my complaint, but it doesn't work
