I was a satisfied t-mobile customer until now. Companion flight offered by tmobile with the renewal or addition of an account were offered late last year. The free companion flights must be booked on a special website that Tmob provides a link to with a pin number assighned to you. The airfare travel booking site is operated by a company named 'TLC'. I Got my PIN number with no problem. However, I've been struggling with this for months, since I can't find any flight availability to anywhere from the Los Angeles area other than limited dates to Seattle on the TLC booking site. A similar complaint to my own details several unsucdesful attempts with price matching process. After calling the 'concierge' help line, I was told that price matching doesn't even come into play if you can't find flight availability for city pairs. No matches from LAX to DFW, NYC, or even Portland, Oregon for that matter, using multiple combinations of different dates within months into the future. Every week I try to book something again and it's the same story every time, though the 'TLC concierge' emails say to check the 'new' inventory each week. Even the one flight I can find to Seattle is nearly twice the price offered elsewhere. Overpriced flights, (if you can find one) that are non changeable, non refundable, and have to be booked 30 days in advance. Shame on Tmobile for not clearing this up.
