I called the toll free number for the T-Mobile 2007 Free Fight Program and spoke with a woman named Cheryl who told me she would book the flight I selected and that I would receive an email (she verified she had my correct email) with the final flight information. I have never received anything from anyone about this flight!!
She said there were booking fees in the amount of $90.98 (65.98 + 25.00) and I gave her a credit card, which she charged the fee to that date. My credit card shows the charge made by Loyaltyworks, Inc. I emailed their website and received a reply that they did handle this program. I emailed them my complaint today.
Since customers can no longer email T-Mobile customer service, and you cannot get a response from their on-line chat feature, I called customer service on appx 6/29/09 and spoke with two customer service reps, neither of who knew what to do about this other than document my record. They provided me with the same toll free number I had called to book the flight on 6/8/09, and when I told them the number was no longer operational, they had to call it to verify. They told me my contact and the information would appear in my record and they would forward it to have someone contact me. No one has done so. I called T-Mobile customer service again on 7/20/09, and the rep I spoke with at that time told me there was nothing further noted in my record.
I am sending a formal complaint to T-Mobile today in some small hope that this can be resolved, or that I can get my money back. This is a heck of a program for customer loyalty/customer rewards.
