T-Mobile uses techniques to get people to think their getting a good deal but watch your bill. There are all
kinds of hidden costs behind their products. Also don't be rushed when signing a contract ask to get a copy copy and read it at home before you decide. There are all types of penalties of discontinuing service before the contract is up. T-Mobile is also NOT user friendly to Military personnel deployed to IRAQ and Afghanistan.
The represenatives on the phone tell you they will put your phone in a standby mode for up to 6 months at a time. The thing they don't tell you is they extend your contract when you start it up again. When you talk to a Represenatives on the phone they do not notate the conversation on your record. When you call back to
follow up and complain about the same problem when they agreed to resolve 2 or 3 times. They state nothing
is documented on your file.
Would like to know what ever happened to good, honest, customer service.
