Limited promotion given to my 5 lines in one of my account
I called the tmobile customer care representative Kathy ID # 28664, she told about a promotion, and she told me only to one of the line in my account, but I told her, that phone does not want to be bother about internet and I asked her how about my phone, and she said, it is not included and I asked her why she said that my phone has an internet, but actually i do not have an internet on my phone and she said it was offered, but nobody told me about a one month free internet on my phone, so I got so upset and mad, and she HUNG UP ON ME. what a RUDE customer care representative. And it always happened to a T-mobile that everytime they have a promotion it is very limited to a good paying customer like me and everytime I call the customer care representative, I always wait from 30 minutes to one hour, before the customer care will come to the phone, because I have to call back, because Kathy id #28664 HUNG UP ON ME until now I am waiting for the customer care to come on the phone and it is 33 minutes already, still waiting. I am hoping that somebody will email me about this complained . I would like to talked to somebody, so tmobile will stop doing, what they are doing to a customer. I already told them about the wait and, never improved at all and I started my contract with them on 2007, but as I time goes by I been with them this long, the customer care service get worser and worser as time goes by and as years I stayed with them. And I keep adding and adding lines to my account and I have 5 lines on one of my account to tmobile and I felt that they do not appreciated me and to my own experienced, without a customer like me, customer care employees do not have a jobs, all of the employees of T-MOBILE COMPANY will go on bankrupt and they will close the company.PLEASE SOMEBODY, REPLY to my e-mail. thank you.
