Rude and Gross
On Friday December 19th at 11:00 a.m. My husband went through the drive through of th TacoBell at 2890 W.11th street in Eugene, Oregon 97402. He order two fully loaded nachos and came straight home As we were eating I found a long straight black hair inside my nachos mixed in with meat and salsa. Myhusband took the food back down to tacobell where they argued over the fact that there was hair in the food. My husband showed them the hair in the food (Which I had only eaten about three chips out of.) Then the lady argued more about the fact that it wasn't there fault that it must have been my hair. I have wavy Brown Hair, Not straight long black hair. She finally refunded my money after 20 minutes of arguing with her.If this is the way that tacobell runs there companies then I will never eat at tacobell again in my life time.What ever happen to the customer is right. This employee was very Rude, Arguemenitive, and very unprofessional. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. harassment
I would like to make a complaint against assistant manager david frey. he has called my daughter from the company phone and has been verbally abusing her, I called and spoke to a manager named joe, who was of no help.i will not frequent that store and will also advise all friends and family to stay away from this store, because of the abuse.

Melted plastic in burrito
On Nov.29th I had dinner from Taco Bell. Not only did I not receive my receipt due to incompitence, I also got a dirty little suprise in my bean burrito. Melted plastic, it looks like a peice of twisty-tie melted by heat!! I contacted the Taco Bell immediatly. They didn't seem to care that I got PLASTIC/METAL in my burrito. The district manager was supposidly to be made aware of this, and yet she has not contacted me.I am mad because nobody is doing anything about it!! What if my child had got that burrito instead of me? I still have the EVIDENCE!

customer service
I ordered three taco's with meat and cheese only plus add extra meat. If you've ever ordered a taco from taco bell with meat and cheese only and not specified extra meat then you're well aware of what you get. They give you the alotted meat that comes on a taco with lettuce and tomato's, a sorry excuse for a taco if you prefer meat and cheese only. I got the works! Ok, i know mistakes happen, BUT what i don't expect is the person working the window to argue with me over what i said when i ordered. Besides the fact i know what i said, not once but twice, the last thing any customer wants is to debate their order, JUST CORRECT THE MISTAKE!!! It's not like i was ugly about it, on the contrary i was polite inspite of my frustration. I was told to pull up and someone would bring my order out. Finally, no apology was offered or anythind said. What happened to customer service?? I realize turn over is high and fast food employees a lot of teenagers who could care less. This is a reflection on not only your management but you're franchise.

employee unproffesionalism and harassment on the job
I started Taco Bell on 10/8/08. I was happy to be hired after being out of a job for a while. I had worked at Taco Bell before, about 10 years ago.
I enjoyed my job and tried to remain professional.
After a while I noticed that some of the male employees behavior was very loud and immature.
I was a cashier and I had trouble hearing the customers, because of the male employees on the food line. I voiced this concern to the employees and the supervisor. The male employees were very rude to me. I got very upset and chose to quit. I feel the manager was not going to do much about the situation. I had only worked there a little over a month at this time.
I think it is a shame that there are so many people who need jobs and employees who are hired are very unproffesional and immature. I hope the
Regional Manager reads this.

very slow service in drive thru and did not receive any napkins
I have been to Taco Bell in Burlington, Washington on several occasions and did not get any napkins and the service was very slow. This happened in the drive -thru.

General manager Charles Law
He is very disrespectful, selling his employees marijuana in the store. He told me he wrote up his assistant manager which is one of his girlfriends for kicking the office door twice in my face just because we ran out of meat but he did not due to the fact he sleeps with her. He also has a employee on the payroll who does not come to work all the time but gets a check every two weeks. He talks down to all the employees which is not good. Now that we have a new district manager Phill Scott things were changing but no one has let Phill know what goes on this store. He came to the job on November 20, 2008 after he had been drinking talking very disrespectful to me all in front of the employees, that is why the crew members dont respect the managers now. The women always have to defend their self with his girlfriend because she thinks everyone wants him. If someone would take the time to talk to the employees they might see what happens and why we have such high turnovers at this establishment. He gets away because he has the employees intimidated by loosing their jobs. it really need to be investigated.

Lack of Service
Walked into this restaurant last Friday night about 745p. Everyone seemed be busy making an order. No cars in drive thru and one guy at the dining room register with his order already taken. There were two ladies at the register; it seemed as though one lady was giving instructions to another on how to run the register. In about a two minute wait the lady looked up and said "I will be right with you". Then two more minutes past with no one asking to take my order. Initially I complained to the other patron. He said that he went to the drive thru order lane and no one waited on him so he came into the store. He said he has been at this store for 20minutes waiting on his order to be completed. Taco Bell is big enough that my little 5 or 6 dollar order will not break them, but I thought it was totally unprofessional to show proper customer service protocol and take care of my order. I left out the store to notice no one in drive thru and thought this store is poorly run. I worked in fast food as an assistant manager. This mode of operation is unacceptable.
