The quality of service that this restaurant is exceptionally poor. They regularly fill orders incorrectly and become rude if you complain.

The employees generally seem more interested in milling about that helping customers and they make it quite clear that they could care less whether the customer is satisfied or not.

Was in Taco Bell ordering and shift manager came out yelling were close to other custemers were backed up in drive threw. you lost three cusemers. We almost walked out. The manager needs a attitude change.The three came in right behind us.

Not much beef in the tacos, either soft or crunchy. Just a smear of beef on the bottom and filled up with lettuce and cheese. No tomato though. This is false advertising the tacos don't resemble the menu samples! Boycott, and ask 'Where's the Beef?'

i love to eat at taco bell but lately the service i guess you would say is very slack; i eat at taco bell at least 3 times a week and within the last five times i have been there either my order was wrong or food was wrong; i dont eat meat so thats why i like taco bell but 2 out of the three complaiants when i ordered meatless dishes only to take a bit and find out theres meat in my order so yesterday was another test to give workers benefit of the doubt ; i ordered my kids food then ordered me to cheeses wraps thinking they cant mess these up so when i started to drive off i looked in the bag and they forget my cheese wraps, well at least it wasnt wrong it just wasnt there so i pulled aside and went in and was nice about it and was gave two cheese wraps so i went to eat them when i got in my car and the cheese was just put in them not melted at all ; so at that time i was frusated and just though them away like i did when there was meat in my food; what do i need to do without just stop eating taco bell all together

Well we frequently visit this taco bell on 1316 South Cooper Street Arlington Tx 76013, after repeated bad service i think its time someone took some serious actions against this outlet. Since we live on campus at UT Arlington and its just a throws away from our apt. we decided to walk in there at around 10.40m to our surprise they had already closed door although it said its open till 11pm then on requesting them with a 'Please' we were replied very rudely a big 'No' which forced us to go back get our car for drive, again at drive when we ordered for chalupa and fiesta potatoes we found that fiesta potatoes where cold and soggy since we already reached we didn't want to go back but simply threw it in trash.
This has happened frequently where in they would sell cold and soggy food, as this is only one close to campus students have no option but to eat such unhealthy food which seriously jeopardize their health. I seriously hope someone from Taco Bell reads this and takes stern action before they get sued by someone and tarnish the brand image of Taco Bell.
