Taco Bell Reviews

Wrong order and smelly food!
Today we were at a Taco bell located on Lee Hwy, Arlington, Virginia 22207 Store # 9452. When I wanted to complain of wrong order and Bad food ( The Oil smells and made our whole family sick after Chalupas) to the Manager. The manager was not available in the store. The Staff and the Sr.Asst Manager Ms. Carmen Santos were very rude and absolutely has no respect for customers. Taco Bell Boasts about the Good Customer Training they provide to their staff. Which is not true. All of them at the store doesn't speak Good English. That is the problem.

Beware when you eat at Taco Bell.

Unsanitary!
Did not have enough help. Employees were nice to public. However, both employees taking money (window and front) would also help prepare the food. None of the employees were washing hands or wearing gloves.

Wrong order and bad customer service!
I started going to the Taco Bell in West Chicago, IL about two years ago. In fact, I used to frequent Taco Bell two to three times per week and after tonight's visit I have decided to NEVER GO BACK! (I have received countless wrong orders and experienced many lazy employees at this location). After numerous past experiences of excessive waiting times and noticing the obvious attempt to solely tend to the drive thru, I learned very quickly to only order via the drive thru.

Tonight, I ordered at the drive thru intercom, in which the order taker displayed the correct order on the ordering screen. When I approached the window I noticed a bag already sitting on the ledge of the open pickup window. This immediately alarmed me because it was 14 degrees outside and my order was exposed to the cold. As I unfortunately expected, the employee at the window handed me the infamous bag and mumbled the total to me. I paid for my food and pulled ahead to check my order. I opened the bag only to find my food crammed in a bag that was way too small. The first item I picked up was supposed to be a spicy chicken burrito. Instead was some other burrito made with a stale tortilla. This tortilla was so stale that it cracked apart in my hand. Next, was supposed to be a simple bean burrito. I got some kind of bean & rice burrito with a lot of cheese sauce. (Not to mention they were both ice cold). I parked my vehicle and went inside the store to get the order corrected. When I went inside, I had to wait behind another customer in line who had also received the wrong food and was getting his order corrected. While I was waiting, an employee approached me stating, "How can I help you?" I explained the situation and requested a new order. The employee replied, "I don't work the drive thru." I explained that I was not currently in the drive thru but standing in the lobby. For the second time, I requested a new order. The employee walked away and began chatting with another employee who was sitting at one of the lobby tables on a break. It was obvious that this employee was not going to help me. I was being ignored. Centering my attention on the eight employees tending to the drive thru and with a loud voice I requested the store manager. My request attracted the attention of every employee in the store and I was immediately addressed by a woman claiming to be the manager. The woman insisted that she was informed of my incorrect order, but she was busy. By this time I was frustrated and I just wanted my money back. I requested my refund and explained that I was not given a receipt with my original order. After some persuasion the manager opened the cash register and gave me my money back. The entire incident wasted about 25 minutes of my time. There was no smile with the service, not to mention an apology. I will tell everyone I know about the poor service at this location and tonight was my last time ever spending money at Taco Bell.

Discrimination!
Recently my son Jeron Chisholm was hired by Taco Bell in rock hill sc on heckle blvd, he went through a service called vocational rehab. to get this job; because he is autistic. His first manager by the name of Cassandra help him to the fullest, and then was let go. Then, another manager came in and wanted to fire Jeron on the spot ,without even knowing him. He wants to work and enjoys the people there, then all of sudden he hasn't been put on the schedule in months, because they say they don't have any work. He is a great worker and when shown what to do he does it well. Now I'm thinking that this has all happened, because of his disability. Now, i would like some help, because i got some of my information from employees. please respond, i hope this isn't a case of discrimination.

I was at work trying to do my job and the manager and employees were talking about how bad of a job i was doing and that they could do it better. this has happened at least 3 other times with the same manager. she was having me do multiple tasks to do while she was standing around doing nothing. i would like something done about this.

Short changing you at the window!
Took place at Taco Bell, Bowman Rd., Little Rock, AR. Twice already the folks at the drive thru window and tried to short change me and it really makes me mad! I think they are trained to do this. When they hand you your change they expect you to just put it away and not count it. When you do count it and discover that you were shorted some money they quickly pull out a dollar from the side of the cash register, NOT FROM THE INSIDE of the register. They apologize and say that they dropped it.

I knew the first time that they tried to rip me off and didn't say anything to management, but this time it was $5.00 bill. The cashier did the same exact thing the other one did. Pulled it out from the side of the cash register, instead of opening up the register to get the $5.00.

I'm pissed!

Lousy scam!
I can't believe a major company would run such a scam, but i had the misfortune of experiencing it for myself. Now i guess i will get a 100 spam emails a day due having registered on the site. I will never trust taco bell or pepsi again. Shame on them!

Be aware of these promotion real motives
Went to advertised website, return with my previous address and wanted me to update with current one. It seems to me that both Taco Bell and Cronies are trying to gather personal / sensitive information to sell to a mega database. Be aware of these promotion real motives. OHH and yes nowhere on the site was there a place to enter any codes.
