I went to the Taco Bell on the SDSU campus at the west food court, ordered a burrito supreme and a small drink. There were no straws or napkins, when I politely asked for a straw the employee repeatedly asked me if there were some on the other side of the drink dispenser despite me repeated reply of no, there were not. The employee then directed me to get a straw from someone else and half heartedly apologized. This indifference to customer service has occurred before at this location (they refused to honor the recent free taco coupon with a similiar indifference), and if this is Taco Bell's current attitude toward customer relations and employee training I must seriously reconsider if I even want continue as a customer at all. Taco Bell used to be a great place to eat, but apparently no more.

This would be my second visit to the taco bell in highway 25 on lakeland drive flowood mississippi . When I visit Jackson e meat on the shell and all lettuce no tomatoes no sour cream . It was too late to turn around the next time I viisted two months later it was the ame thing on all three of my tacos so I get out to complain and the assistance manager was upset and rude very smart @ the mouth . Taco bell is my favor food and I never went back there . I feel if I spend my money they should provide good service to me . i told my family and friends about that taco bell in flowood, Ms and they past by and go to the one in Jackson, Ms its more into the city, but they provide better service nice and well mannered . I hope Taco Bell put a stop to these rude employees they are giving them a bad name .

One employee spilled a drink on my father at the North Brunswick Taco Bell as well as napkins and was not apologetic. This occurred in the drive thrum window of the Taco Bell.

I was once given a non - vegetarian taco when I specifically ordered a vegetarian one. If I hadn't checked before I atee it, It would have been a tramatic experience for me.

I am a vegetarian, and me and my family clearly told Taco Bell that we did not eat any meat, and that it was against our religion. The waitress was barely listening to us, and when we recieved our food, my entire burrito was filled with beef. We asked for a refund, but the waitress was really rude about it, and called in her manager. We had to fight to get our money back just for four burritos we ordered filled with beef.
