Update on complaint 8/5/10
Again, I return to this location only to find even more items missing from my orders than ever. I'm getting tired of this. Considering calling corporate if it happens again next time.

employs working unsceduled over time unpaid with no choice
My husband almost every night he works will have to stay on over time and work with no choice other than to lose his job or work with out pay until the job is complete he has to clock out 1 hour after close and stay and clean for about 2 hours more unpaid this is against rights and should be corrected immediately

Rude
I drove through the drive thru with my boyfriend on a Friday night around 1020pm .We ordered a few things pulled up collected our food. We pulled forward to check to see if we got everything. I discovered we were missing .89 nachos and while none of the tacos were wrapped after trying to move things around to double check the stuff the tacos fell out into the bag. Not happy at this point, how hard is it. So I drove around to go inside to inform them of the missing nachos, not even the fact that things weren't wrapped properly. The dining room was closed had to pull around to the drive thru again. This is where the attitude began. The girl who took the order had no other customers and she didn't even stop stockig the sauces to assist me. The overwweight very rude Manager asked what the problem was. I said my order is short. I didn't recieve my nachos and cheese. She said where's your receipt. I said I didn't get one. She said well what do you want? I said my .89 nachos and cheese. What Nachos and cheese she said. Come on how many .89 nachos and cheese are there. With her rude attitude I decided I was going to mention that the tacos weren't wrapped any everything was at the bottom of the bag. She siad no it looks like you unwrapped it all your self. At this point just give me what I paid for and I'll scrap the rest of everything from the bottom of the bag. No I'm sorry let me get you 2 more tacos that are edible. By the time I got home I had ground meat with a shell nothing else but everything at the bottom of the bag.It costs that much to make a customer happy. THE WORST MANAGER AND SERVICE EVER!

Salmonella outbreak not reported to media
I have read on one website that the salmonella outbreak at Taco Bell has been going on since April but was not shown on the news even once. The first time I heard of it was on AOL.com welcome page. That's a long time for this not to be reported. People are in danger here!

orders wrong 5 times in a row/manager not friendly
The last 5 times I have ordered here, order was incomplete when I got home. I am always missing volcano tacos, burritos and regular tacos from my orders when I take to go orders. Also, the manager is cold and unfriendly, she's very quiet and doesn't say hi or smile, she acts like she hates her job and would rather be somewhere else.

Cantina is too dry. The corn 'wrap' tasted like crap. Enjoyed the 'healthy' approach though. Besides the rubbery object is was wrapped in I give it an A. Thanks

Obnoxious Manager
My fiance and I walked into this Taco Bell and wondered WHY it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. We didn't think twice and placed our order, which was a combo meal. As the first two workers got our order together, we asked about our drink and these workers weren't sure if our meal came with a drink, so they asked the manager. The manager yelled from behind the prep line to her worker that the meal doesn't come with a drink. As we looked at the worker baffled, the manager came from behind the prep line and pointed her finger at the menu sign and with a condescending, rude, and obnoxious tone, read out loud the fine print, "Drink for combo meals are subject to change. Drink does not apply to Grande Meals!!". We were appalled that she even spoke to us that way and before I could yell back at her that I wanted my money back, my fiance took my hand and led me out of the store. DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL IN PENNINGTON, NJ STORE #015838 they will treat you as if you are illiterate and ignorant. It is run by managers who are more than likely, project their personal frustrations on you!

Unsatisfactory customer service
My mother and i went to the drive thru and ordered substantial amount of food, Including a bean burrito. Tasha (the manager) specifically asked if i wanted sour cream i told her no. After getting home i realized that Tasha did infact put sour cream on the bean burrito. I was upset because i am a repeated customer of Taco Bell. Its actually my favorite fast food restaurant, and its also safe to say that in the 10 yrs i have been eating bean buritto it is not a routine act of anyone to ask if they would like sour cream. When i got home and noticed there was sour cream on my burrito i called store number 004437 located on highway 78 in Stone Mountain, GA. Tash (the manager) answered and i explained to her that i was very upset about my order and the fact that i got all the way home and noticed it. Not to mention that it is 100 degree's outside and Taco Bell is approx. 15 minutes from my house. Tasha was NOT sympathetic or understanding. She said that i could not use my choice of words (i told her that i was pissed off) she also explained to me that i must talk a certain way in order to receive help from her. I am a repeated customer of Taco Bell and i assure you that this is not a act of kindness or understanding on the behalf of Tasha. She must acknowledge that she is a representation of Taco Bell and should act in a professional way. I was upset anyone would be after getting home and realizing that their order is wrong after stressing such an order at the drive-thru. Tasha acted in such a way that makes me not want to dine at Taco Bell Restaurants nationwide. I work in customer service and travel for a living this is NOT customer service. Certain behavior is looked down on myself considering Tasha is the "Manager" she failed to give me customer service or her store number i had to search for my purchase receipt for the information. Tasha was not helpful and i suggest that she take some sort of customer service class. Also i will be forwarding this letter to corporate offices because clearly someone is not completing their job duties when they recruit for managers. Managers are to rectify the situation not make the situation 10 times worse. This has certainly been a horrible experience with Taco Bell and i will not be dining there for a while due to your lack of professionalism and sympathy towards your everyday loyal customers.

Bad service
I went to a taco bell in Black Mountain NC. and went inside to place my order. I did not want to hold up the drive thru because I was riding a motorcycle. I Placed my order and then waited and waited. I timed it and placed my order at 758pm and still no food 19min later. I complained and the women working the counter said. "We are working on it sir". I informed her that they were not working on it and multi. car drive thru. orders were made in that time. I then gave up and asked for my money back. I went home and wrote a complaint to Taco Bell with no response.

Total waste of money. The ad says nothing and other then some celebrities in it this is a regular ad.
