I was interested in a 2004 suburban, after the test drive I noticed the truck needed an alighnment, and there was a tire sensor monitor light on the info console.When I returned to the dealership javier asked how I liked the drive I explained my concerns about the alighnment and sensor light, He reasured me those things would be fixed if I decided to go ahead with the purchase. My husband noticed there was a crack on the windshield, A cut in the tire that he also wanted replaced before he agreed to purchase the vehicle, At this time javier was not available and I spoke with the sales manager Pete about my husbands requests. He agreed to the conditions along with putting floor matts in the truck and a owners manual. We agreed to the purchase. we put 10, 000 down, these guys were great to me untill the loan was funded and my check was cashed. After that It was a nightmare. they had my truck for a week, Put 78 miles on it, Gave me used matts, Replaced the windshield and tire and were done with me.They claim to never have promised an alighnment, ignored the tire sensor moniter issue, Never received a owners manual. the have been extreamly rude to me.These people do not care about people, they will promise any thing to make the sale and never deliver and be ok with that.I hope this helps from this happening to someone else.
