I had my Tagged account deleted yesterday, after I uploaded 2 pictures of myself onto my profile. Both of my pictures had already been previously approved by Tagged and there was nothing sexually suggestive about them at all. One taken on a holiday to Hawaii, the other with me looking to the sea, with my back facing the viewer in my bikini. Swimwear that I wear to the beach... and in public every Summer !
I have been on tagged for several years now and have bought hundreds of dollars worth of Gold from tagged, for gifts for other people, for coins and pearls in the aquarium game, for cash in the farm and pet games.
My brothers son who is 15 is terminally ill and playing the aquarium game while having his dialysis treatment was something he really looked forward too each treatment day, as the treatment are long and painful for him, it is a distraction away from it., He has been dreadfully upset that this joy has been so abruptly stopped by tagged unfair profile removal process. We feel terribly upset with all of this ...
We also bought a considerable amount of pearls for gifts for other peoples tanks in their Happy Aquarium game, the gifts were dropped into the friends tank, but they cannot be opened, nor can they be moved in or from their tanks. I put up our happy aquarium game ID on the games support board to report bugs over a month ago, in fact several now. I have also emailed the Happy aquarium folk directly. They state this is the quickest way to get a response from them. I have had no response to any of my mails, or postings what-so-ever from them.
I was also very shocked to see just how many people were complaining on their forum boards about being ripped off by them and not getting any responses about the problems they reported.
My jaw drops to the ground when I think about how tagged can be soooo effectively ripping people off by deleting their accounts, IT MUST BE STOPPED. Possibly a class action law suit against them !
I know this, if my profile is not reinstated in a timely fashion, I will be seeking legal advice on this matter and also taking it to the communications Ombudsman's office. HOW DARE they treat people in this fashion. I truly believe this Tagged company is running TOTALLY amok OUTSIDE THE CONSUMER LAWS framework, a law upon themselves...
I will also be seeking through the courts, compensation for the time and effort that I have put into designing the hundreds of taggs, along with the time that was spent setting up the 8 aquarium tanks and the distress and suffering that their unfair actions have caused, if I do not get some action on this quickly.
I think this just is the most appalling behavior from this company, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you tagged.
I hope that if karma does exist, then you will be repaid handsomely for the stress and suffering that you are causing to people. I believe what you put out, you receive back !
Please, can you do something about this, Tagged will not make any effort to do anything, unless it's taking your hard earned money for nothing, or deleting accounts like they are...
I will also be calling our national TV networks current affairs programs and writing to newspapers to expose this scam/ shonky company behavior, if I do not have the profile immediately reinstated, or they come to some arrangement arrangement with me, whereby we are compensated for our loss and suffering.
