On 2 jul 2010 at 9.15pm, i went to purchase the Unagi meal from the Japaness food Stall in Takashimaya food court.
I had order an Unagi set which should consist of Soup, Rice, Unagi(Fish ), vegetables and miso Soup at $10.
Upon ordering, I have paid them the $10 cash.
When they serve the food, they do not fulfill the order request.
They give me the Rice, unagi(fish) and vegetables(Super small portion).
At this point, I ask why they did not surf me the soup as the photo show.
One of the staff there actually scold and talk very loudy to me, saying, "Xiao Jie, not that we do not want to serve you, it that the soup is sold out".
But when I had place the order, the casher or the staff who was around at that time did not inform me about this.
Aside to that, she still say in a very bad manner like I begging them for the miso soup.
I find that this type of service staff should be sack immediately. They really shame our singapore reputation of wanting to be a good service country.
After this, I requested to see their manager as I wish to feedback that their staff seem to shortchange customers for not informing us that the soup had been sold out before order. This make me feel so cheated. But what I heard from another service staff there, ( Ms Lim, also talk to me with a very lousy tone), she ask me to come back the next day to look for their manager .
She did not event bother to apology for cheating the customers.
Please if anyone know who the JApaness stall manager, please drop me his email or phone, I really wish to help them improve their services...
