When these goods were collected last Thursday my husband queries the accounts. Two days later (today) still nothing. Seven phone calls and one email later I finally get an invoice - but the problem is still not resolved.
Dealing with Take 2 has proved to be worse than dealing with a large call center. Management are either in meetings or too *** arrogant to take or return your calls, the receptionist is not allowed to give you phone numbers to get hold of anyone and the only people who can help you are in customer services, and they are very pleasant, but not able to resolve anything without management!! And management are just not available!!!
Buyers beware - it is a nightmare to try an sort out an account query with these people.
