i took my truck in on 8-9-10 to have it looked at because it had a slight miss and a guy i believe his name was jeff, told me the injectors needed cleaned and that they pull them out and clean them and check them for presure for $229.31 i told them to go ahead and do it well after they did it i picked the truck up and didnt even make it out of the parking lot it was running really bad, so i went back in and told them an talked to the tech that did the work and he didnt believe me so he drove it up the road and said that didnt make any sense, so i asked him if the injectors were bad and he said that you cant see them all they do is run a can of cleaner thru it and thats it so he put it on the diagnostic machine and found out the turbo was only given 10lbs of boost when it should be more and that the vains are clogged up, and that they need to be cleaned.so i went back to the guy (jeff) and asked him if i could get a discount since he told me that was the problem and he said no i didnt tell you i was gonna fix it so i asked about telling me how they were gonna pull them an check the and he said i didnt tell you that and i said yes you did i can get my son back in here and you can ask him what you told us and he said i dont care what your kids says i didnt tell you that so told him he wasnt nothin but a lyer cause i would not have had spent 229.31 on that if it was somthing else.so now im out of all that money and it didnt even get fixed that guy is a arigant lyer somthing needs to be done about him
