On my October Verizon Internet and home phone bill I received a fee for 19.95 a month from Talent & More. I have no idea what they are supposed to do or why they are on my bill. Verizon said it is another provider. I never asked for another provider.
The notation above the bill says "Billed on behalf of Dami" I have no idea what that is or why it is even on my bill.
There are limited service hours so the number you call can't be reached 24/7.
How do I deal with these companies who fraudulently just add charges to line their pockets?
