This company is doing business as Tall Timber Furniture and Black Mountain Furniture. We met Reginia and Craig aka Elijah, in person in Cumming. I would have never sent them a check for deposit otherwise. No phone calls or emails returned after they confirmed receipt of the check. Until Today. I found an alternate number, it went to voice mail - then Reginia called back to say she missed the call. As soon as I said my name - it was, did you get the email I sent you yesterday, and another one today? We'll have your table on the 13th of June. When I confronted them about the complaints all over the web, first she tried to side-step the issue and I explained that all the BBB compliants were unresolved. She then offered to give me a full refund and WISHED that the hundreds of satisfied customers they've had over the last 15 years posted on the web. I 'm sure I'll never see the refund, which is why I'll be pursing legal action against them if the refund does not arrive in the next week. I told her to email me to confirm they would be issuing the refund. Additionally, they have no valid business license or business account under the names of Tall Timber Furniture or Black Mountain Furniture or Black Mountain Trading. They are advertising on ETSY currently, but hopefully for not much longer since ETSY's been made aware of what is going on with them.
