On the 6th May 2011, my family and I checked in, we were very impressed with the surrounding, however we were welcomed with BLASTING MUSIC on arrival, bare in mind we are all the way from Johannesburg. My parents checked in at 3pm on the 6th, and I have arrived at 10pm. It was terrible, we have seven month old twin babies who were fast asleep until we had to enter a house of disaster. Management had no consideration for us paying guests, but for themselves and other people. My parents had to beg and plea for them to please tone the music down, so that we could have some sleep. They were mocked and teased behind their backs, and continued to make a noise until 6am the next morning. We were not even provided with towels and this guesthouse falsely advertised they were provided and breakfast was not even provided (dining room was shut- closed). This was the most disgusting stay ever had. This Guesthouse must be investigated. very unprofessional Management and we couldnt wait to check out of that AWFUL Place. The Manager Warren could not even be present when we left because he was drunk and slept the the whole morning. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR and NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO THERE> PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE NOTE.
