Is there any good help anywhere?

Value City Assistant Manager, Frank
I purchased a 7 piece sectional - Taos Ivory set. When we brought the furniture home 5 out of the 7 pieces were damaged. I went back to the store and spoke with Frank, the store assistant manager. He never once said a simple, "I'm sorry", your furniture was damaged. I had asked him to have someone pick up the furniture. He went into the Value City Furniture Merchandise Pickup Policy speal and it would cost me $99 for someone to get the furniture. I said, why in this world would 5 of the pieces be damaged and ready for me to pick up? Frank tells me I should have unwrapped them before I took them home. What a slap in the face!!! First of all, doesn't Value City have a responsibility to make sure damaged furniture doesn't get wrapped? For Frank to make me feel like it was my job to check their work? Want to talk about policies? Didn't anyone notice they were damaged? I paid $299 for fabric protection plan and when they applied the protection they didn't notice the furniture had holes and tears in it? Frank said, "someone did check it". I said you have to be kidding me? You mean they saw damaged furniture, put the protection solution on it, wrapped it, and said this will be fine.? To make a long story short, I asked Frank to show me the paper he said I signed for the pickup policy? He went to the files and couldn't find it. (That was because I never was given one to sign). He comes back and said, "I don't need to find the paper, " you should have looked on the back side of your receipt. At this point I realize Frank is NOT an assest to Value City, he has no idea how to treat a customer, and his lack of professionalism was unbelieveable. I was disappointed I didn't get the furniture, told him I would return it and get my credit, and was really disappointed in the way I was treated. In the past I have purchased furniture from Value City and very happy with it. This time not so good, and please do something with Frank. I am avery disappointed customer.
