While Shopping at target I was rudely treated by a sole called customer service personnel. The biggest thing about my deal was not the fact they didnt want to return a cd that didnt work and i had just purchased 5 minutes ago, Its the way i was treated. My wife bought a cd, and we tried to listen to it on the truck cd player, the cd didnt not play, I went to return it and they swapped it out the first time, I went back to the truck and inserted the cd and to my surprise it did not work again. I got frustrated at this time so I went back to get a refund and they stated they will not refund me the money, that they problem was with my cd player and that the cds i claimed to be bad were working in their cd player. I told the girl there (Jennifer) are you calling me a liar, she said that she would swap me out again, and this time i refused the swap and i just wanted my money back.. They said NO, I asked for the store manager name, (by the way i am a store manager that works for Another corperation) they said they could not give me his name. I was like what, needless to say they have totally lost my business, my wife and me spend about 1500 - 2000 there a year, they lost a loyal customer for a lousy 9.99 cents, I say to all Target is a terrible store and i will never shop there especially the location on el con mall. My spending at your store might not make a difference in you P and L statement, but you know word of mouth travels real fast and i will do my best to spread the terrible customer service i received from your store.
