For the past two months, several emails sent, and long waits, I have been trying to order a 12' X 20' black mesh tarp from tarpsplus.com. The product(s) I received are NOT the correct size. Tarps Plus will not communicate with me, nor will they cooperate to assure customer satisfaction.

When I received the first 12' X 20' black mesh tarp in May 2011, it was larger than advertised. After several email exchanges and long waits with customer support, Denise Rodriguez, another 12' X 20' black mesh tarp was sent to me. On Saturday, June 11, I measured it and discovered it, too, was 12'8" X 21'2". Once again, this tarp is too big! Also, the grommets are every 12" apart, not approximately three feet apart as tarpsplus.com web site advertises. My order was based on what tarpsplus.com web site advertises.

I'm trying to order a black mesh tarp in which the "finished size is approx. 9" or up to 6% smaller." (Quote from tarpsplus.com (See photo) The expensive aluminum pipe frame constructed on my deck for a sun screen cannot be altered to fit the oversized black mesh tarp I received.

I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the size of the two over sized tarps and would like to return them as I have no usage for both tarps. Again, I'm waiting for a tarpsplus.com representative to make my order correct, but they are choosing to ignore me. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs hoping for customer satisfaction.

My suggestions to make my order correct:
1. Custom make the black mesh tarp. Cut the material to 12'X20'. Then, form the hem/boarders and add grommets every three feet. This will make the black mesh "approximately 9" or up to 6% smaller" and the grommets will be "approximately every 3 feet."

2. Send another 12'X20' black mesh tarp after it has been carefully inspected and measured by someone to assure it is less than 12' X 20' as stated on your web site.
