Tata AIG people have issued mediclaim policices for my parents.Payment has been made it through a credit card.


They have taken 3 policy amount(20, 111) and issued only 2 policy of my parents name.

I thought they have included my name also in the ploicies and called to this people and cancel my policy. they are also accepted my request.But they canceled my policy in name of my mother and refund the money to my account.I never know about this cancellation still i thougt they cancelled my policy and refund the money for the same.

3 months later i called Tata Aig and was making a request for calim for my mother.I got schocked and frustrated they told me like ur mother policy has been cancelled..Still am fighting for this people to refund the one policy amount through a millions time trough phone and mail.. But everythng in vain.. Due to this i realy mentally upset and not at all concenrate my work even.

Policy payment transaction has been done on pone itself and i told them my credit card CVV number thats what they people playing like anythng.

Even i have send credi card statement to that people still they are very silent and make me in deep trouble.Bcoz of this policy taken i was confused fo this people, payment modes not done in equally EMIs and keep on fighting about this.Aand finaly i have done a payment with Intrest charges also...ICICI Credit card people never response this transaction and even told this fact to Tata AIG.

I really want to file a case against TataAIG MediClaim.Due to loss of my time, money and mostly frsustrated lost of my vauble timings.
