Following are the complaints I have made:
1. 11719318 - wire problem with ani3dpro.com (not yet solved)
2. 11736318 - 9228144352 (not yet solved)
First I complaints about frequent disconnection but no one came to solve it. Second time when I called customer care they told me that your complaints was solved on the following mob no 9228144352. I don't know who is using this mob no, my registered mob no with Tata Broadband Internet Services is 9725956265. I am facing this problem from 1 and half month. I did not use internet properly from past one and half month.
Please suggest me what I have to do for this problem to be rectify even because of this connection lost I have lost many freelancer projects, also I was not able to reply to many important people, family members, friends, near & dears ones through the net.
