I have been calling them everyday and i am sure, that i have spent around Rs. 200 for following them up
I have applied for broadband connection from Tataindicom on Aug 10, 2007 and was assured to get the connection by Aug 14, 2007. Since i didnt get any call from the customer Service, i gave a call to them regarding the unavailability of the same and was assured to get the connection within 48 hours. On Aug 16, 2007, since i didnt get any call from them, i once again gave them a call and was informed to wait for 24 hours more. Once again i called on Aug 17, 2007 to get back my money (Rs. 2164) which i paid on Aug 10, 2007 to get the connection. Since then, i have been calling them everyday, and even the executive who collected the money is not picking up the call. I have been calling them everyday and i am sure, that i have spent around Rs. 200 for following them up.

Poor customer service
Re Tata Broadband services:
Your Technical Representative was here to resolve our complain (subsequent my first complaint for the same a month back which was not resolved from our office & was told that needs to be resolved from Server which was never done & finally I made second complaint below) he was shown the Problem , his observation was:
1) He tested by putting the IP address once on router & once on PC to show us that while on router there is no "Time Out" while the IP was transferred to the PC there is "Time Out" & the conclusion was that there is some problem with our PC.
2) Secondly if we can browse how does it matter whether IP address can be pinged or not?So according to him since we have hosted out application on the same IP address, it is the hosting Problem & Tata Broadband problem.
In view of the above I feel you better train them (technically) & then send them for trouble shooting & also you should train them on how to interact with customer without arrogance arrogance is not Tolerable in nay case & on top of that when we have paid & not getting the desired service...
