On 2 Dec I received a call from call centre (Miss shafgupta) asking for call me tunes, in spite of on refusal, same was activated however same time I deactivated dial tunes and I got confirmation for deactivation also. there were two sms on 2 Dec for deduction of Rs 50 and 40 for dial me tunes, so what sort of business is this that you are firstly activating unnecessary services to costumer and charging twice for same service and not reacting to call on to call centre, nodal centre and? apellate .and your voice mailbox is always full and nobody responds to call on 9033000121 and 9033000122.
Now I would request to return the money i.e RS 90 to my account and not to repeat same in future.and the same time warning you to go consumer court even on this meagre amount if appropriate action not taken in time.I do believe you must be doing same a lot such business with other costumers also.
