Incorrect balance deduction
My docomo prepaid GSM number got activated yesterday ( July 18, 2011). Prior to that I have recharged for Rs.150 and also a special pack Rs.95(Internet Pack).

I have made a maximum of 4 or 5 calls. But I when I check my balance it is showing Rs. 0.00 and GPRS pack is also not activated. I had interactions with customer care executives. Every time I could hear that “system is very slow and not able to retrieve information – please call after 3 hours ”.

I am not able to call 121 after 3 calls, “All customer care executives are busy right now. Please call after some time” is the repeated
words I hear. No help from customer care.

DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM BALANCE TALKTIME
SIR, MY MOBILE NO IS +918446716990 FROM MAHARASHTRA INDIA. THEIR WAS A DEDUCTION OF RS.1.0/- DAILY FROM MY MOBILE FOR RENEWAL OF SOME CRICKET PACKAGE, WHICH WAS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON MY HAND SET. THEREFORE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR DEACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE. BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SUCH INFORMATION OF PACKAGE ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT AFTER 24 HRS. AGAIN NEXT DAY I CONTACT THE TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE EXE. MR RAJESH. I TOLD MY SAME PROBLEM.HE ALSO REPEATED THE SAME ANSWER THAT THEY DO'NT HAVE ANY INFORMATION OF PACKAGE BEING ACTIVATED ON MY HANDSET. I GOT FRUSTRATED AND I WARNED HIM TO DEACTIVATE NOW ITSELF OR ELSEWHERE IS WILL COMPLAINT THE MATTER TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES . HE TOLD ME TO CUT THE CALL OR OTHERWISE WE WILL DEDUCT THE COMPLETE BALANCE FROM MY MOBILE. I TOLD HIM SEE I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CALL U EVERY DAY, SO WHAT EVER U CAN DO TO DEACTIVATE THE CRICKET PACKAGE PSE DO. HE DIDN'T LISTENED AND CUT CALL. THERE AFTER I RECEIVED A MASSAGE "THANKS FOR CHOOSING THE SMS PACKAGE U HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR RS.80/- "

balance deduction and no support from customer care
Hello sir/Ma'm,


I am Tata Docomo user since its started in Madhya Pradesh, but since 3 days i am having a major issue of balance deduction for internet browsing
that i am not using even, daily i loss minimum 15-20 rupee for internet browsing even i never open browser or any application and even i have deleted all the
internet setting/access points 2 days before but still its deducting, even i have applied for 3G deactivation but i don't think so its done yet but i have put my phone
on 2G mode without any internet setting but still my balance is deducting and its been 3 days i am continue calling for same complaint but your customer
care executives and supervisor just blaming me for i am using internet through divein and for that my balance is deducting but honestly even i am not having internet
setting, more then 10-15 times i called to your 198/121 number but getting same response but no solution, in 3 days i have lost about 60 rupee from my balance and its
still going on, if i am sleeping and when i wake up i see a flash massage of balance deduction of internet browsing, its just deducting anytime even when i inserted
my sim on black and white without internet phone...this is my humble request to please short it out what is wrong with my number and why my balance is deducting.

PREPAID NUMBER NOT YET ACTIVATED - WORST SERVICE
One month ago I purchased the Docomo prepaid number by paying Rs.200 then submitted the required documentation proofs (PAN card xerox, Phone bill, Photo). After few days when I check with the retailer they said they misplaced my documentation and asked me to resubmit them again. After couple of days (9/6/2011) I resubmitted the documents. Later when I checked with them they said the documents were already send on 9/10/2011 but still my number was not activated, and they don't have any answer where are my documents.
I took their supervisor's phone number and called him like not less then 50 times but never got response from him.
Now my situation is that I have paid for the service and also submitted the requested documentation twice but still unable to use the service.

ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dear Sir

In last 10 days i have written three complaints about TATA DOCOMO on this site however only one is displayed and has been acknowledged by TATA DOCOMO. However as usual - with the superficial assurance - they have slept over the issue. Contacting higher official like Ms GEETA and Mr Bhaskar HAS ALSO RESULTED IN UTTER FAILURE.

If TATADOCOMO cannot solve my issue, i have the following proposals

1 give me another sim card with the number of my choice without any charge

2 Credit the bal available amount of the present card (which is only Rs 102.50 ) to the new sim card

If this also u cannot do in a time bound manner - I REQUEST TATA DOCOMO not to use the line as
" we at tata docomo keep it simple" since it doesnot suit you guys.

SHAME ON SERVICE OF TATA DOCOMO
Dear Sir

It is extremely shameful to say that inspite of several complaints by all means ie via customer care, this complaint board site, the TATA DOCOMO officials have not taken any action to deactivate my VOICE MAIL since past one month. Now i have no option left but to knock the court of law for this harassment and loss.
If the company has any self respect, then it should wake up and immediately resolve the issue but it seems that the company is neither bothered about customer satisfaction nor interested in saving their own name.
Also for the info of TATA DOCOMO, I will raise this plight through all leading newspapers.

EXTREMELY POOR RESPONSE - DEACTIVATION OF VMS
Dear Sir

The complaint dated 02 Jun 2011 which was registered in this site against TATA DOCOMO have still not been rectified inspite of acknowledging the same by them. Such a poor response from an organisation like TATA DOCOMO was never imagined; It seems their own men are letting it down
