Tata Docomo signal very poor in Gania.It is totally not connected inside home even in one km range. please solve it

Charged for every sms even after first 3 sms
As per the Tata Docomo sms tarriff charges for Maharashtra circle, "MH - Pay for the First 3 Local SMS everyday and get the next 100 Local SMS free for the day".
On 31st December2009(01:00am) i was charged 60p/sms for every sent sms after the 3rd sms(local).
I tried to look for any terms and conditions on Tata Docomo's website whether there any clause which says that this SMS rates won't be applicable on some specific days but i couldn't find any such T&C.

Incorrect information by 2 representatives
HI,
Last week I took a new tat docomo sim and contacted customer care for best std plan. They asked me to recharge with Rs. 14 and night STD calls to docomo will be 1 paise for 5 secs
I confirmed the same plan with another customer care representative.
Now, when I have cancelled and thrown my previous sim card, I find that this scheme is only for local calls and the customer care representative is shamelessly saying sorry for incorrect information . This is frustrating .
Please help

OUTGOING SMS PROBLEM SINCE 6 DAYS
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER::
Team,
Sorry to write such subject line however it does reflect exactly how my situation is.
I'm very sad customer of TATA DOCOMO, with number-8149380690. facing OUTGOING SMS PROBLEM since very 2nd day.
Below is the series of complaints for the same issue & TILL DATE have spoke to number of agents & TLs but NO RESOLUTION IS GIVEN.
NWK 09428471 - Taken on 9th December (2nd Day) - WITH NO RESOLUTION & 2 DAYS TAT
NWK 09434118 - Taken on 11th With some stupid reasons & again 2 days TAT
NWK 09439181- Taken on 13th due to idiotic words from Tech.Team which doesn't help me at all in my problem- & again 2 days TAT
NWK 09443232- on 14th Finally after speaking with TL-NAVEEN AHUJA- that he'lll make sure it'll solved. but again FRUSTETINGLY is NOT SOLVED & again 24hr TAT
FINALLY Today i spoke with Mr. LILADHAR MULE (Team leader as he said) & He again gave me TAT of 24Hrs. I Urge you to please go through all the call logs(Wrapup)
& SRs... & THINK how stupid people i've been dealing till now...
I'm surrendering the card with all due respect to the name of TATA & with Foolish agents & TECH. TEAM people who dont understand what issue is & what resolution should be.
GIVE SOLUTION In A DAY OR LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO RETURN THE CARD in next 48 HRS.

cutting more than one paise
FOR EVERY CALL IM BEEN CHAREGES 2 OR 1 PAISE MORE FOR CALL.
I HAVE REGISTER MY COMPLAINT THROUGH NET BUT I M NOT SATIFIED WITH IT .SO I REQUEST ANY TATA USER IF U R FACE SAME PROBLEM THEN COMPLAINT SOON

Problem with incoming and out going calls
I am a docomo user from Tadepalligudem, nearEluru, west godavari dist, Andhra Pradesh.<br />
I have a problem with the network. Initially i thought it was phone compliant, but after changing the sim into 3 phones the problem repeats My incoming or outgoing calls last for just few secs(2-5 secs), I even cant hear the voice, but i get msgs and i can send too. Its happening from 3 days and i am losing my patience as from 3 days i am there without communication, when does the network gets rectified?<br />
I have called customer care twice and there was no proper solution!<br />
Hope it gets rectified or tata is going to loose a lot of customers...

non satisfactory services
i have taken an tata docomo conection in aug 2009.
i have not recieved any bill to my res address and lot if people callibg for collection. if u delay the payment or even after payment they disconnect the services, no network clarity . lot of congestion

false commitment
dear sir,
this is a compliant against tata docomo cellular service provider, for commiting a false commitment in terms that the company has barred my outgoingcalls without any reason .

Weak Signal even in Main areas
Hi,
I am Balaji. I am staying in Kondapur, Hyderabad which is the locality for many software companies. But its a big head ache for me that i dont have a proper signal/network in this area. The calls get disconnected while talking. This makes People irritated.
And one more thing is, My all STD & Local SMS charges are 1.20 and0.60 Paise even after 3 SMSes daily. Whenever i call Customer care, it is network busy. what is the customer care number actually?
So Kindly look into this issue.
