Folks,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction towards Tata Indicom and want to drag them to consumer court and teach them a lesson. Recently, I made a recharge of Rs 320 from their website ichoose.in using ICICI bank net banking around 2 weeks back and got an SMS saying "Your recharge of Rs 320 is successful, your current balance is Rs 1.65/-". How can the balance be 1 rupee and 65 paisa after recharge ? I filed numerous cases and wrote various emails, even nodal officer. I provided them transaction details, and they asked me to wait till Feb 14. I kept on emailing them and got no response. Finally a message comes "we have verified everything and there appears no issue from our side". I called up the nodal office and Mrs Pooja told me that the money was not received and requested me to provide my bank statement. After some time, they admitted that the money has been received by I made a recharge of WRONG amount, and the money will NOT be refunded !!!
Please tell me how do I teach these thieves a lesson as they are neither crediting talk time nor refunding the money. Mr Manoj Sehmwal supposed to be the head of their Nodal Office does NOTHING.
Everyone, please stay away from there online recharge site ichoose.in. I also wrote to them and never received any response.
Earlier too around 2 months ago, they activated caller tune without asking for permission, and deducted the money from prepaid balance. I worked hard with these burglars, and they said they will not refund me the money. I asked them to give me in writing that they will not credit the money and they refused to do anything.
I am for sure going to dump the phone from now on, but what a waste of money that i paid for their handset, and also the undue mental harassment they are causing. My Tata Indicom number is 9289997828.
I would request everyone to stay away from there fraud schemes and never use there website ichoose.in to recharge.
