Dear Sir,
I would like to bring in your kind notice to take appropriate action ( Tata Docomo) posted at your Nagpur office.

That I got a new prepaid connection of Tata Docomo ( Mobile Number : 8149048971 ) from your retailer M/S. Balaji Electronic & Mobile Shop, 186, Vyenkatesh Apartment, Manewada Road Near Shikshak Sahakari Bank Nagpur-27 (MH) and submitted all the required documents as asked by the retailer, with my duly filed application for new Tata Docomo connection.
I got my prepaid connection activated the same moment after my application, but I am very sorry to write to you that suddenly just after 2 – 3 days from the date of activation of my connection, outgoing services of my mobile No. 8149048971 has been barred from your end without giving any intimation to me as well without hearing my version.
When I contacted to retailer for asking about reason for getting barred of my outgoing calls, he had given me the number of mr.NITIN 9028841542
I have called number of times to Mr.NITIN and and every time he is saying that even he don't have a proper reason for barring the services and asking me for submitting new documents.
I requested him to start my outgoing services first and in th evening I will submit all the required doc to him at that point of time he agreed for the same. but till time nothing has been done in this matter.
Now he not even bothering to pickup my phone.
This is really disgusting and annoying that submitting once's Passport as a photo identity and address proof somebody is rejecting it saying that this is not a valid proof.
is not a criminal offense of denying passport as a identity of a person which has been issued by Government of India.and a clear cut insult of Indian Constitution.
A serious and legal action must be taken against this
