Sir,
Sub:- Concord service station at Injampakkam-Exhorbitant service Charges-Reg
-------xxxxx------
I get my son's car DLG Dicor(TN 45 BZ 8799) serviced in your service station right from the
date of taking delivery from Concord Guindy at regular intervals. For the last three free sevices the bill for the
service charges were reasonable as detailed below.
First service :-NIL
Second ... :-Rs.1813.70
Third ... :-Nil
Fourth... :-Rs.2946.
I am of the conclusive opinion that the labour charged during the fourth free service is
extremely on the high side especially during the free service period.
I am not questioning the cost of spares, lubricants and other parts with taxes during
service and my request to you to re-look into the job card No.Jc-CedChe-ER-00910-015218 Dt.11/2/2010
and come to a conclusion.
Your Co-ordinatior Mr.Rajesh when contacted over phone was not able to explain such
grossly excessive charges .
Therefore I am registering my protest against your method of exorbitant charging during free
service period and request you to refund the excess amount immediately.
In this connection I appreciate the work of the co-ordinators Mr.Pavithran and
Mr.Samuel Raj of the service station, who were very courteous in inquiring the problems right from taking delivery the vehicle till handing over.
Your reply to the above may also be sent through E.Mail.
