I am very old customer of Tata. I had purchased my Indica Vista quatrajet aura on 20th, August 2010, from Garysson Motors Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana, Punjab in the name of my father i.e. Mr. Subhash Chander Wadhwa r/o 52, Shiv Colony Kapurthala, Punjab-144601. The dealing head from Garryson was Mr. Sikandar with whom I had my worst experiance evr in my life. At the time of purchase he had promised me many a things alongwith loyalty bonus of Rs. 10000/-, which was to be given to me on the purchase of new car after some time directly from Tata Motors. After, once the billing was made he never entertained me in any matter. He didn't fulfill any of the commitments made by him at the time of purchase apart from it nor till today I receive any cheque of loyalty bonus from Garryson or Tata Motors. Is it the policy of the Garryson to cheat the innocent customers. I am comletely harassed by Garryson as no suitable reply is being given to me till date even by repeated requests and even I had written commitments yet to be fulfilled by Garryson which they don't entertain to fulfill now. Kindly do the needful at the earliest if Tata really cares for its customers.
