Complaint against dealer (Shrinathji Motors, Ghaziabad)
Dear All,

It has been long and frustation for me to pursue shrinathji motors and reminding you about the same.(CNG endorsement case)

I want to darg your attention, how they are treating customers, One of an executive from Shrinathji Motors sent me to Rohini authority on Saturday (09.08.08) but when i reached there i came to come, on saturdays they have their OFF DAY (It was closed). Afterthat I tried to contact the concern person from Shrinathji motors but no one was responding to my calls. I was surprised how they could send anyone to authority for endorsement on OFF DAY (when it was closed).

Today morning at 09:38 AM i got call from Shrinathji motors (from 95120-4171012) regarding my CNG endorsement, their executive was asking me in sarcastic manner, what happened on saturday, we have our style of working, we take time and against us no one can do anything because we are running agency and all the time you have to depend on us, if you want to get your work done then you have to pay Kharcha Pani (Bribe) without that your work would not be done.
And no point to complaining TATA MOTORS because we have to do your work, we have too many cases for CNG endorsement & we can make your case miserable. They do not have any respect for customer.

I request all of you kindly take any appropriate action or otherwise please ask Shrinathji Motors to refund my (RS 47000/-) that i gave them for CNG fitment & endorsement because without endorsement running car is illegal in Delhi.

Poor Service and Poor Product
Dear Sir/Madam

I had bought a new Tat indica xet GLS 2 months back.,
after 1st service the car was suddenly stuck in the middle of the road as there was a problem with the satrter box as diagonised by the service executive of Manipal Motors.

This happend on 27 April 2008 and the car was taken to the service station on 28 April, since then car is under repair.

There isnt any reply or the feedback by any of the service executive/heads from the service station even after many calls and personal visits.

They just ignore the customers request and arent giving good reception even if we call them on our own.

The response time taken by them is also high and they come up with some invalid reasons just to convinve the customers.

Finally they end up telling some silly stories which is really pathetic.
With this kind of experince which I am having, I have to say I made a bad decision to go for Tata Motors.
I always thought being an Indian brand your top priority would be "how to satisfy the customer", but sorry to say with my experince that is not the case.

I still have hope that this one of case and if I take this to top official like you, I would solved ASAP.

Looking forward to see some action from your end.

Also i am now thinking of returning back the car to the showroom, please suggest me on how to do it, as i feel there is no value for money.

Non issue of statutory documents relating to the vehicle
I purchased a Tata Indica Xeta vehicle from Srinathji Motors, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (India) in June 2006. I got the vehicle fitted with CNG kit through the dealer itself. Since then, I am having to run from pillar to post for getting the documents from them required for getting the CNG endorsed on my vehicle's registration certificate. The dealer (Srinathji Motors) is asking me to contact the gas figment agency (Sri Mankar Gas Service) and vice versa.

In all of this, Tata Motors is playing a mute spectator. I have spoken to several people in Tata Motors - Mr.Himanshu, Mr.Akhilesh Goel, Mr.Karun Grover, but to no avail. Apart from lip service, they are unable to take out time to take up my issue with either of the parties.

I would like to mention that without the endorsement of the CNG kit on my vehicle's RC, my insurance remains invalid and I would have to bear the entire cost in case of any mishap.

My 11 emails to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] over the past 15 months have not even been acknowledged. It's a very sorry state of affairs where I am left to fend for himself while the company and the dealer are not bothered to look into the matter.
