Dear Sirs, <br />
I would like to highlight a worst scenario from the authorised DEALERS / SERVICE CENTRES of TATA motors towards a customer requirement.<br />
<br />
Iam Abdul Anzar, Iam having a 2006 Indica V2 Turbo model vehicle . Iam residing in UAE, while I was in Kerala on my last vacation, one day my vehicles rear left side was jamed, and it was unable to drive anymore. As usual as first step, I consulted with a local mechanic near by the area which the vehicle got breakdown, so the mechanic told that, it's only a problem of TRAILING ARM ON REAR LEFT, The mechanic ensured it can be repaired from any authorised service centre of TATA motors, So the near by Service centre was HYSUN MOTORS KUNNAMKULAM, When I checked there, the particular parts were not available because this model were already stopped its further production after one year of its launching, so it would be convinient to check in any spare shops at Coimbatore, So at that time (before one year) I went to Coimbatore, but after checking all the authorised centres of TATA motors and other spare shops, I could not find that particular parts. So due to the non-availability of that parts, I rewelded the broken part due to the reason my vacation was going to finish.<br />
And after 6 months I assigned this work to one of my friend Mr. Nisar who was with me at the time when I was searching for this part. When he searched in any of the authorised TATA motors service centre or dealers, they all are giving the same reply that " THIS MODEL GOT STOPPED ITS FURTHER PRODUCTION AFTER ONE YEAR OF ITS LAUNCHING. <br />
Due to period of Mr. Nisar's attempt to acquire that particular part he contacted most of the authorised TATA motors DEALERS in Kerala & Tamil Nadu.<br />

All of them were asked 15 days / 1 week gap to arrange that particular part.<br />
<br />
I would like to strongly highlight the top most worst things which Nisar faced from the authorised TATA motors service centres / dealers.<br />
It was from VIJAYAN MOTORS PALAKKAD, he faced the top most worst things, When Nisar contacts them, they replied if the vehicle is going to hold for in that service garage it can be repaired within 10 days, so the vehicle was parked there in their showroom . When Mr. Nisar checked after 10 days, it was not repaired and still at that time, they didn't made any trail to order that part, and they are now tellling that the hub also should be changed, then only it can be repaired, it was the only DEALER who explained these much blunder things. <br />
The actual cost for the particular part will be around Rs:-3000 - Rs:-35000 range.<br />
The explored part of the Vijayan motors was to spend Rs:-15000 (by changing the Hub and all)instead of Rs:-3000.<br />

I dont know why the TATA motors Authorised service wing / dealers got these much low defined in keeping the customer satisfaction. And also I would like to highlight that the non availability of a spare part in any of the authorised dealers of TATA motors. <br />
I searched only for a spare part which was a part of vehicle which is produced in TATA motors factory not from anyother foreign car companies like Toyota, Ford, Cehvorlet and all. Even the foreign car companies got a better environment in availability of spare even their production was already stopped . Toyota Qualis and all are the living examples in Our INDIAN ROAD.<br />

For the time being itself, My cost for the attempt to acquire that particular part is around Rs: 20000 (TWENTY THOUSAND RUPEES) by travelling all over in KERALA and TAMIL NADU. <br />
<br />
The most serious & in other side the funniest thing of this attempt is for acquiring a sapre part of Rs:3000, already Rs:20000 spended but still the search is not completed...It's still to be continued with among the low defined Customer satisfied wing / board.<br />
<br />
Only GOD & the particular Engineer knows how this particular part got finished in the factory.<br />
<br />
So I would like to express TATA motors view abt this issue . Whether I should keep my parked area of vehicle as "Museum".<br />
