I have taken a Broadband connection from Tata Indicom. On 23/06/2007, one executive from Tata Indicom came to install the connection and after 2 hours of try he was able to connect it. Soon after they left, I rebooted my computer since then I am not able to connect to internet. I logged a complaint at that moment only. The Costumer care executive said, it can be rectified only on Monday, 25/06/2007. But there is no response from Tata Indicom. I called Customer care twice that day, but it seems they are not much bothered about customer's problem. They don't have minimum courtesy to inform customer the statuses. Yesterday, 26/07/2007, one of the technical guy called me in afternoon asking if he can come to my house to rectify the problem. As I was in office I asked the guy to come after 7PM or in morning 9PM. I told him that I will inform him about my availability in evening. I called him to inform that I am not available at evening time, and ask if he can come in the morning 27/06/2007, around 9PM. He agreed. I was calling him from 8:30 AM to know the status if he come or not. I am able to get him on phone on 9:15AM and he said he cannot come before 10AM. His office opens at 10AM only.
I am writing here these because, there is no point to talk to Customer Care. Neither they are willing to resolve my problem nor they will give me any phone no of a responsible person to talk to.
I don't know if you can resolve my problem or not. But out of my frustration I am writing all these.
