I am a new tata indicom broadband customer, i had taken his service some 20 days back. After using internet for 10 days, my internet stopped working. I called the customer care for some 15 times till date, but my complaint is not yet resolved. Its already 10 days that i had registered the complaint.
When i try to call the customer care service, they assure me that the complaint will be resolved ASAP, but all in vain. I don't have any idea, for how long i have to wait for the internet connection at my place.
