I m using tata indicom since 2 months but on 24th sep 2009 after 3.00pm, my account balance reduced to RS 0.59 from RS 14 and i recieved a message saying that "core balance RS.0.59. please rechrge immediately to continue making outgoing calls- tata indicom from 12527";
after that i m not able to make any call.
I called at customer care of tata indicom and have a conversation with MR. lalit. He said that their computers are not working. I asked him to connect to his supervisor and he refuced by saying that its time of changing shift so he is not available ( around 3.15 pm on 24th sep 2009).
I was feeling restless and called again on customer care and had a conversation with MR.Dinesh. He said that rs.14 have been deducted but the reason for deduction is not mentioned as the data will be updated within 24hs.
Then after some time i called again n then the recorded voice did not let me to reach to customer care exective and asked to mail them on their e-mail id..
since then i m calling but the situation is same .
Then i got to know that a caller tune has been activated automatically without my permission.
Being a student i dont even keep much balance as i m not earning and that too have been deducted for no reason.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
