I have face really really very bad experience. when calling customer care at 121 or 1515, then customer is treated as Dog, no where what type of customer he is.
I was not given waver for Rs. 300.
Tata indicom has rights to barraged the outgoing of the cust. as of no use and if the cust. calls from other mobile he is not provided the waver.
I am very frustrated from the services of the Tata Indicom.
It is hell like anything and also people in tata indicom like Amit who is in customer care in Okhla office do not supports and ginish parb in mohali as supervisor is good for nothing.
Now I am deciding to move to the court and to raise this issue.
