Tata Indicom Broadband friends and people known to me please stay away from it. VERY VERY PATHETIC INFRASTRUCTURE!!! My Account (
[email protected]) has been active since 27th of September 06. n I have not yet enjoyed 1 full day of broadband... the connection was up and running only by 28th, sep at 6pm and on 29th morning at 11am the connection is gone... the Customer care people are at a loss for information n i had to make 3 calls in the span of 6 hours to no avail.. On the first call I am told some one from the concerned department will call within the next hour and at 2pm, I’m still clueless. Called CC at 6.45pm to know the status, only to be told that any complaint will take at least 24 hours to rectify... Could I ask one basic question to who ever is reading this!!! Where is the "rectification" part coming into play when the whole connection isn’t complete... Please Train ur technicians (so called engineers) on LAN n network connectivity... If a engineer takes more than 24 hours for a basic DSL connection then he is unfit to be an engineer. I’m very sorry to say this, I myself being a mechanical engineer. To top it all as the icing on the cake, the wire(cable) is passing through the window and on the floor of my god damn hall, right in the middle of it. Engineer says the line man has to fix it and when those guys came, initially, they said its the engineer’s job... cool very nice BROADBAND experience right at the very start. Please maintain the shoddy work culture (in the lines of government owned VSNL) . Guys I made the blunder of my life to switch from a stupider Airtel (only CC was very bad but had gud infrastructure and network) to a connection which is the most stupidest (no infra, no trained service men, no knowledgeable CC). Overall guys, to sum it all up Im planning for the 1st exit possible which will be in a couple of months time thank you very much for ur patience coz people have stopped to recognize whose the Customer and who is the service provider.
