I had a tata indicom data card number 09223972440; which I had cancelled 8-10 months back due to very poor reception and disagreed to pay the remainder rs.500 of the monthly charge; In spite of the cancellation request, my bill was increased to rs 3500; and i as pressurized almost everyday by TATA customer care, even after explaining every time what the problem was' Today i have received a threat call from TATA indicom worli office from mr. Prakash rana to make the payment immediately or else be ready for the consequences; I do not understand which part of my statement was not understood by the company that it has resorted to making threatening calls to the customers; I had also spoken to the complaint department, but they could not help me; what is my next step?; should i do the payments in order to keep my family safe?
