I have been a TATA indicom customer for only a couple of days.
For the connection i took the business plan which has a rent of rs 499 with a landline free calls of rs 200, usage of 2GB free..
In 4-5 days i have recieved a call saying i will have to pay some rs.1000 odd for usage..!!. weird 5 days of usage..
phoned the customer care, they say my plan was for 1GB and not 2GB.. first LIE.. GOOD GOING MR. TATA to attract customer by teaching employee's to LIE...
then the customer care person says i have used 4GB odd in 5 days..!!!.. has per what i know for all these years for internet usage.. if a plan says 2GB usage.. it means i can download 2gb for the month.. but this person tells me tht it also includes any internet page opened also..!!1.. NEVER KNEW THIS..
Also during installation, i had confirmed that i will be trying it for a couple of days and then confirming.. For this i was told i can call up and cancell the connection if i dont like it.. now the customer care person tell me i will have to pay up soon.. i have already told him to send a person to take the router and cancell the connection ASAP...
THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE WAY TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS.. BY TELLING ONE THING AND GOING ANOTHER..
i have been using the NET for a very long time and inspite to downloading software never paid more than rs 500 per month..
I WISH TO TELL ALL THE PEOPLE TO AVIOD TATA INDICOM CONNECTION..
THANK GOD.. TATA didnot do this to TATA SKY.. else it would not have been such a success..
