An amount of rs 30/- has been deducted from my prepaid account saying that you will be activated the welcome tune as preffered by you .I have opted for the song, "andari daivamaya badrachalaramaih adukone prabhuvayya ayodhyaramaih" from Telugu movie "DEVULLU".This has been done at behest of Tata Indicom staff (lady employee) on 22-04-2011 at around 12.00 noon asking me to subscribe and deducted rs 30/- on the spot assuring me of the song being activated with in 2 to 3 hours.So far till date, till this time no welcome tune is activated. I have been complaining them after the time they have stipulated.I have been in touch with their customer care representatives who have been changed frequently. nearly 5 to 6 persons are changed .every time they are saying the tunes will be activated within two hours. But so far more than 72 hours are completed nothing is done.I request you sir kindly arrange to activate the said song or my amount is credited back.--Thanking you- R.Vivekananda.mobile no:9290665635

i am having mobile number 9291218993 of prepaid connection. from yesterday i am not able to receive messages i called customer care but still my problem is not solved. i therefore request u to look onto my problem and solve it immediately.

I had recently subscribed Tata Indicom CMO 450 plan, it this plan subscriber can use unlimited calls to any Tata Indicom mobile all over India, but now days, whenever I goes to make a call to any Tata indicom mobile no my phone is not connected with particular Tata indicom no. this problem is happened 6 out of 10 times in a day. This plan is really wastage of money. Customer care is also unable to rectified this problem.

I have a post paid mobile connection from last 5 years. I have a very strange problem with TATA indicom. My mobile shows "No Service" for entire day and shows full network strength at night around 11:00 PM till next morning 11:00 AM. I have visited TATA indicom showroom (True Value Hub) to fix the issue. They gave me in writing that the Nokia handset is faulty. They claim that they have lost of experience therefore need not check the handset. When i question, how does it work at night, they say it cannot.

After giving repeated complaints I decided to disconnect the connection and but TATA Indicom people wanted me to buy a new handset to fix the issue. I gave the disconnection request and now from last 2 days the mobile network is restored. The mobile works entire day without any issue. I am somehow feeling that TATA Indicom wants to sell handset by giving customer a problem in handset.
If this is the case then it is illegal activity. I am still not sure why this is happening. For time being I have canceled the request to disconnect the mobile connection.

I want Tata Indicom should look into this matter seriously instead of claiming handset problem (playing blame game).

Hi,

Recently i have taken two mobile connections from tata indicom, one will be local and one will be in roaming. The first month is fine but from the second month the monthly rental for both the phones is doubled and i am not in a position to pay the bill when i ask to disconnect they said that i have to use for six months. How to proceed to cancel the connections? Someone suggest please.
