I have been using tata indicom cell phone for the past few years and have been satisfied with the services but i regret to say that for the past 1 month i m frequently facing problems with the phone and the customer care services-
On 11-04-2010 i recharged my cell with a balance of Rs100/- and on 15-04-2010 hello tune has been set on my number and Rs30/- has beeen deducted eventhough i didn't request for any hello tunes.
Then again i recharged my cell on 24-04-2010 and same thing was repeated, i was charged Rs30/- on 29-04-2010 for the hello tune which was not requested by me.
On complaining to the customer care they showed no interest in our problem and failed to help us out.
i want to know how can i be charged for hello tunes twice within 15 days and why am i getting hello tunes without my request.
I m getting fed up with the service provided and want my money to be refunded ASAP.
