SXXC 1080 Error
Dear Sir,

I am using your tata SXC 1080 Modem for my Data usage . When I upgrade my laptop from windows 7, the Modem is not workong properly . I had downloaded new windows 7 driver from your site, but after installation the Error is Modem Initialization Failed .
The error is continuous and there is no solution that i am able to look for .

Please suggest any options that can helpful for me .

sir i m in so more problem coz ur company the end of std plan.sir i hav been continue 2 years related ur std unlimited call.then sir plz atleast one number can b unlimited so plz sir help me i m very tens bcoz relience service is not good

Recharge/Balance
I have recharged my Tata Indicom No. via freecharge.in (a third party recharge company) with Rs. 310, balance has been deducted from my online account but my number was not recharged. When I have registered an online complaint (282528) regarding this, I have got a call from Tata Indicom representative and he assured me to refund my balance within 1 week. But No action has been taken so far. This is kind request to take necessary steps to solve this problem.

Service not provided
Hi,

I was using Tata Photon Mobile Broadband Service at my mobile set " SAMSUNG METRO TV".

On expiring my data usage validity i purchased new TATA Photon Mobile Broadband SIM.

But internet not working.

I contacted customer care/ visited TATA retail outlet several times. Even most of customer care not well educated about this plan and supporting Handset.

But no resolution.

misguided in tariff
i m the existing customer of tata indicom with no. 09253000761, i get to recharge of rs 1500 before 5 to 6 months for getting free tata to tata calling for 1 year, but on 28 may, 2011 i did recharge with sending sms sms1p to 582820 for getting 1 paisa per sms service, but they deactivate my rs 1500 free tata to tata calling service withhout giving any prior notice, this is totally cheating and fraud, i want my rs 1500 tariff back or if they want to deactivate then deactivate my sms scheme

After Sale Service
Once I showed interest for Tata Indicom Walky ph.Sales person came from the dealer point & sold 2Nos.of walky by saying all false statement.My second no.didnt activated from the very first day. I called every one from dealer to Nodal officer. Till date they didn't bother to solve the problem.

E-mail Id of the M.D.of Tata Indicom is not active.

This is the condition one of our biggest company of our Country.SHAME, SHAME, SHAME

Unfair tactics of Tata Tele Services to charge innocent customers with incorrect bills
Hi,

I had registered for two postpaid connections of TATA Indicom from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for two months that is from Dec 2008 to Feb 2009. The two numbers that were registered to me were 9249510551 and 9249510550. I had paid all my bills for the two months of usage and had asked the service provider for termination of services for these numbers since I was relocating to Bangalore. However, after about 6 months, I got a bill for one of the numbers from Tata Tele Services that I had dues on my cell phone and I had to pay a penalty on avoiding which I would be liable to prosecution by law. Since I did not want to go through the hassles of courts, I paid the bill and again disconnected the number for which I had recieved the bill.

Now after 2 years of no communication, an advocate representing Tata tele services has again sent me a notice stating that I have pending dues on both the above mentioned numbers and I need to pay up. I do not even have the reciepts of my payment since this incident was 2 years back and there was no communication whatsoever about any dues all this long. I myself work for a company (TCS) from the Tata group and this kind of money extracting process from innocent customers is totally uncalled for especially when it comes from such a reputed company like Tata. This should be immediately put to stop and there is abosolutely no logic for these kinds of bils out of the blue.

I hope that my grievance is resolved and I hope that it helps in avoiding such incidents for other customers

Photon connection deactivated
I am using a Tata Photon Plus connection (9243425691) for the past 5 months and suddenly my connection has been deactivated stating that my address verification has not been done. I paid the due amount even before the bill being generated and still cannot use my device for the past two weeks.I tried calling the helpline no and sent three different mails to various customercare ids they provided, received one auto generated response. No one even bothered to look into the issue. My connection is a corporate connection and this is being handled such a dismal manner. Whenever I ask for a solution to the customercare no they provide some other email id. The retailer is also absolutely worthless, Netwoth consultants, who do even bother to respond to repeated calls and when I went to disconnect the connection, they said the device is already sold and cannot be taken back and I need to visit some Tata indicom store to do the same. Such rude behaviour from the retailer and indifferent attitude from the Photon team is unacceptable. And to top that I am being charged rental for the time when my connection was actually inactive. This is ridiculous, can I take legal action at this point, because frankly I have reached the edge with such apalling service
Would like some advise from anyone who has faced such issues.
