WORST SERVICE
SInce 23rd Aug 2009 my internet connection konked off and since then i have been giving complaints to Tata Broadband service providers
The dumbos could not even detect the problem for fisrt 5 days and were misguiding me that thier server was down .
After that the next story started that there is a wire cut in some place.
So now they wasted another one week saying that they are solving the problem
But in fact there is no wire cut as other using tata around my area are not having any such problems.
So today after 15 days i am still without internet
ANd the worst part
Several times i asked for a refund of my money
and i got the answer that there is no refund system in TATA

FAKE PROMISE
I have brought a new Tata Indicom connection under a “Money Back Offer”.
A plan consisting of a post paid connection with a mobile handset all including a cost of Rs. 1700/- (1200 for the handset and 500 as a onetime deposit). I was tricked into this plan, by the customer service team from TI, who conveyed me that Tata to Tata Free includes calls from Tata to Tata Docomo (the new GSM sim that’s launched).
Please Refer to the below communication stating the same.
I have reported the fraud to the customer service team and have told them to cancel my plan and refund me the money, but they seem to take no response or action on it. It’s a sorry state that guys like me are cheated knowingly or unknowingly and then the company turns their back on us. They even suggested that taking a legal action, doesn’t worry them much as they have a separate team which deals specifically with all such cases.

MYSELF SADANAND PATKAR, TATA INDICOM NO. 9225651349, I M USING THIS NUMBER FROM LAST APPRX. 2MONTHS. EVERY NOW & THEN I AM FACING PROBLEM AGAINST IT. EVERY DAY I NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR HELP. TOP OF THAT THEY ARE NOT READY TO CO-OPERATE. LOTS OF TIME THEY EVEN DID DISCONNECT MY CALL. NOW THEY HAVE STARTED SAYING THAT I AM LIEING WITH THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEM. I AM REALLY FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE NOW. EVER I HAD MAILED TO HIGHER AUTHORITY OF TATA INDICOM'S. AND IT'S REALLY A SHAME THAT EVEN THEY HAVE NOT TOOK ANY SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST IT. IF ANY TOP AUTHORITY OF TATA INDICOM'S READ THIS MESSAGE, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU SUGGESTION TO PUT A BIG LOCK TO YOUR COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE PUBLIC'S MONEY & THEIR PRECIOUS TIME.

Huawei Mobile
I have purchased Huawei CDMA Tata mobile 5 month back having guarantee of 1 year. Its display screen broken by itself in my pocket. I visit for tata indicom center for replace mobile or make change of display. But they have told that we have no display screen and saying not available in stock or not made by company. I am suffering with broken display from last 3 months.

Regarding Misguiding about recharge policies
Dear Sir
I have recharged my TATA indicom number on saturday with Rs.130 and i already had a STD pack of Rs.699 on my number. While recharging i asked the dealer that after Recharge of 130rs. my STD pack would not be affected so he gave me assurity that it will not be affected and if it would be so i will give you a free sim.
I asked this thing to him three times and he assured me every time. Now on sunday all my balance had elapsed and when i went to TATA showroom their employees talk to me very rudely. And one of them commited that you come on monday or can call us we will definitely do your reverse recharge.Although, i asked them that give me the number of the person who is responsible for all this, they said he do not have number bt give me his identity. that his name is Mr. kailash Chand.
Today i called them then they said its not possible to do so. And the responsible person mentioned above told me that you had asked the question in a wrong way. Also, behaved badly with me .
I said i do not know that is your mistake and he said i can't and i will not do anything.
Please listen to my problem after all its a mateer of RS.699

Poor customer service
I am the customer of tata indicom more than 2 year. I have requested to Tata customer to change the billing address and also submitted the documents.
When I talk to custer care executive he told that you have not submitted any document but i have submitted my documents to NOIDA-12 center of tataindicom more than 10 days before.
