SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
we are not getting the services of tata indicom. whenever we try to login, always your system gets down. customer care also doesn't provide us details correctly.

Bad service always
I have got a call to our office tata indicom landline saying that they have a good offer in the mobile connections. So I have taken 2 mobile connections by giving my individual address proof and asked them many times that this connection should be in my individual name but they have activated in the company's name. I have requested them to change the name and address from the company's name to individuals name and once again I have given all the address proof of my residence. They have come for the verification also and still after 2 months of the verification still they have not transferred into individual. I am facing lots of problems from my head office. I am fed up of this. I decided not to use Tata Indicom (Mobile, Landline, Broadband) in my life time and I called many times to the customer care and still there is no response.
I request you all not to have relationships with tata indicom as they are not giving a proper service to anyone. I am a great example for this.

Customer harrasment
I had purchased Tata Indicom's Plug in Surf Device with ME Economy VData Tariff Plan. However being not satisfied with the services I put in a request to terminate the services in the month of March '08. After that I cleared my dues with the company in the month of April '08. In between I received a call from customer care executives insisting me to switch over to other plans instead, but i declined. After that i received no communication on the matter.
But to my surprise in the month of May, I again received a bill for the same number. When I called up the customer care they said it was a mistake from their part, and it was agreed that I need not pay the bill. What was more surprising was I received bill again in June for the month of May. I took no action on it presuming it to be a mistake again from the company's side.
In the following months, I received several calls from the company's side asking me to clear of the dues. I always clarified the matter to them from my side. I thought the matter was resolved. But to my dismay last week I received a call from a person claiming to be an advocate named Mr. M.L. Goyal from Mobile# +919891705571, stating that there is a case against me for non-payment of the dues to Tata Indicom. He threatened to drag me to court for the same.
I explained the matter to him as I had explained it to the Customer Care Executive earlier, but I think they are falling on deaf ears. I have tried to get in touch with customer care on the number +919210000121 but there they say as my Tata Indicom No. is no longer valid so I have to call +92100008282, which is the number for their Marketing Division and they dont have a clue about how to help me out. I have mailed their Customer Care as well as Nodal Officer, but their replies are still awaited.
My sincere advice to all prospective customers of Tata Indicom; please think again before subscribing to their services because earlier I had only heard that the trust which used to come with the brand name "Tata" is fading away but now I have experienced it.

Fake billing for internet
I have used internet from my wireless handset. I have used it for around 4-6 hours in a month. Tata has charged me for 500 hours... approx Rs. 1200. According to them, its technical fault by network or instrument. Customer has to pay for company/technical fault. They are cheating many customers, most of them are not aware. I came to know, when i asked for itemized bill details.
This is a good way of making money ;)

Non delivery of sms
Whenever i have sent SMS to the number "+919282424181, they have not been delivered to this number. I can call at this number. That way there is no problem. This is happening all the time. Could you find out the reason for this.

Terrible service
Since 2006, i am using tata indicom, recently i went to tata indicom True Value Shop to upgrade my handset. But they refused and said that mobiles for only new connection. Due to this totally frustrated with service of tata indicom.
Tata indicom should support the existing customer and make them happy, otherwise tata indicom cant increase sales and profit.

New connection problems
Myself Ajay Kuklkarni from Pune, i am business analyst I booked tataindicom wireless data card USB Modem and Wireless Internet. I had got in touch with the sales person and he visited my residence, as per procedure and collected all the necessary documents and i paid him. As per the procedure i was getting connection in two days, due to the business urgency i requested them to make it in 1 day for that they took extra money from me. I was promised the connection in 1 day, but it’s already 3 day past no one turned back even they least bother to inform me about the delay. After several calls to the higher authority still i have not got the connection and i lost my US client as being not available in given time

poor service
we got our connection activated last month then after 2 days it was switched off saying that check has bounced, we gave money in last week of aprilbut it has not been yet reactivated, wen called up ur service provider they came and gave us a username and password that is shared between 2 people...saying that we have to use this shared connection for just 2 more days and then our parent account will again start functioning, , , , its been 10 days old story and till now neither we got our connection activated on parent account nor ur people are helping...this account was activated by mr.datta from tata indicom office from kalyani nagar pune...they have taken 5 months payment but still vwe are wihtout connection ...kindly help

DEBITED MY AMOUNT WITHOUT MY CONCERN
I AM SUNILS.KULKARNI IM USING TATA INDICOM (09226082428)FOR MORE THAN 2YRS.ON3RD MAY2008 I GOT AN SMS FROM TATA INDICOM FROM YOUR AC RS 35/-HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR OPTING AN SMS PACKAGE.I HAD NOT OPTED ANY SMS PACKAGE NITHER ANYONE FROM TATA INDICOM CALLED ME TO SEEK THAT PACKAGE.AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ASSURED ME TO PAYABACK THE AMOUNT WITHIN 48HRS.UNTILL TODAY 10TH IT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED.I AM IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT REGULARLY NO ONE IS RESPONDING & THEY CUT THE CALL .
MY 2ND COMPLAINT IS I HAVE BEEN DEBITED RS 16/- FOR MAKING AN STD CALL FOR 31SECONDS WHERE ONLY RS 3/-HAS TO DEBITED, FOR THIS CUSTOMER CARE RESPONSE IS I HAVE MADE AN OUTGOING CALL FOR320 SECONDS.
