FAKE PROMISES
I m using tata indicom number from last two years , few months back , a represtative from tata indicom came to my office and made fake promises and gave me another sim of TATA INDICOM and took rs.500 from me. When the sim got activated , i cme to know that schmes wich he offered me were fake. I gave him a call on his number but he did not respond ,now my problem is dat i have to discontinue my oldere number also, due to this new number bcos dey r in same account.I made a complaint in main office , but i havent recieved a response yet.My older number is spreaded to all my clents and i dnt want to discontinue ,but forcefull i have to discontinue it.

Not Getting Deposit Back
I was receiving one landline tata indicom phone with internet service. As i was receiving wrong information from sales executive i was decided to disconnect this connection immediately on the next day of receiving that phone, for that i was giving intimation to ur customer care for disconnection, as they said my connection was disconnected withing 15 days from the date of purchase and also sales executive was took back my phone by giving receipt and told me that i will get money back withing 15 days, since i was not getting money back i have called ur helpline and told all story but they told me that u will get ur refund back within 3 months from the date of purchase i was waiting till 3 months still i m not receiving any payment, i was purchase that instrument in September still i m waiting for my refund, can u tell me what the hell is going on, when i got my refund back?
please give me ur reply as early as possible otherwise i will suite a case against u in consumer court....

call for payments coming even after paying and disconnecting the phone
i had disconnected my wife'sDelhi phone number 64697299 and gave back the instrument even after that every month 3-4 calls from their billing depts. coming for payments as i had requested well before the time and they could not disconnect the phone in time and for that period i not used the phone except toll free number of their customer care requesting many times to disconnect it and they assured me that you will not be charged as your request is registered before the bill circulation date.please correct your system error and send me the recipt of last and final payment.

Pathetic service from Tata Indicom!
Tata indicom is the worst ISP. Their attitude towards their customers is unprofessional. I applied for a new broadband connection and the sales executive (Vilas Padwal: 9270530078) persuaded us and convinced us that they would give us a new connection in 10 days. It's been 16 days now, so I firmly told him to return the check back and he refuses to pick up the phone. Never go for their prepaid plans, in fact, avoid this ISP. Their customer service department sucks and I wonder why they have a customer service department in the first place.

Bad Customer Service
Hello my self sohan lal. i purchase a new connection of tata indicom but this compnay is giving proper service to our customer. like as i want to activate a hello tune but no body is told me that how i activate a hello tune. when i call the customer care they tell me that you call 12800 and activate. but how when i call 12800 they tell me more instruction and follow him but i success

ABOUT YOUR POWER PLAN
Dear all,
my mobil no is 9224447400 i send the sms regarding the power plan activation the service charge will be deducted in my account but i have not got any benifits which i regulerly getting in this plan.
i talk to your custmer care exectives regarding this plan they said that it correct that we have dedcated Rs 49 with your accounts and i forwarded this complaint in my technical department and yor problem will be sloved within 24 hours ,
i said ok .
but it allready gone four days but my problem is not slovet when i try to your custmer care services thaese no is unavailable & it was very diffcult to me contact in your custmer care.

Keep getting bills for disconnected telephones
I had eight telephone lines for my company from Tata Indicom. I discontinued 4 of them. But they keep billing me for those disconnected lines.
Its been more than two and half years and I made numerous complains since the past two years buts no action.
And the situation is the billing in running almost a lakh of rupees. When i call up customer service, they say they don't know how to "not bill for disconnected telephone"
What a pity, i have a call from collection agents and senior executives from Tata Indicom, who call me every month and i have to explained him every time i make a payment.
Nothing but pure harassment.

reducles service
I am existing Tata Indicom customer using land line 65173337. most of times my number is blocked some times its not ringing some times call failed & most important thing n network in my tata indicom phone . very pathetic service seriously i''l request you plz don't buy tata number.bull shut service my name is rajat kapoor

= rude, misbehaviour, cheater, cheaper than than the cheapest service, worthless, totally bull shhhhhhit company

beleive me if any tata people come to me with any of their service i will kick them out. such a bad shit service from the tata company. whos heading that company.. iam sure his background may be from *tappori machhi market(sure..thats better than tata indicomfor the service)
i alredy complaint my points about tata indicom but no action. they just avoided me like begger.
airtel or reliance and even our bsnl are better in telecommunication sector.

Worst company
Worst Company ever seen. Their agents don't know what they are providing. They send you bills after disconnection as well as legal notice. Their service is very poor. Please never ever go for any Tata Indicom provided service. Be it mobile or broadband they are worst. I loathe them.
