Delay in providing Internet connection
I have paid money for the internet connection (Tata indicom - Surf Easy, Plug & Play type). I have made the full payment. So far the Company has not delivered the instrument.

Many time I had called to that particular office in Chennai. No proper response & huge neglience. Firing back at the customer
stating that " You do what ever you want, Let me see what Happens".

In Bill payment receipt, the TATA indicom company has not provided the customer care contact no [or], the email ID

Please look into the issue & get it solved soon for me

Extremely awful internet service
I REGRET THE DAY I made the stupid decision of subscribing to TATA INDICOM -PLUG TO SURF INTERNET service.

Having spent 3000 rupees I cant get out of it. The billing is erratic- the SPEED SMACKS OF THE EARLY NINENTIES . You rarely get more than 6-8 Kbps- They promised me 144 Kbps at the least. I was "Kajoled" by their ad, their false promise of BLAZING SPEED, and the name of "TATA". My advise- exercise utmost caution in subscribing to their products and services. I have reported to their customer care , their Nodal Office with no change in quality.

Even their service engineers who came to offer their services , on my complaint, say the speed cant be better than 6-8 Kbps , which even a lay person will tell you is worse than snails pace.

They were not happy with my compгtуr so to prove their point that all was OK, they had come armed with their own lap top.

So thats my experience with the BLAZING SPEED OF TATA- INDICOM

Unusable cards
Beware, Tata Indicom Wi Fi card becomes invalid after short usage. I had a card that was supposed to last for 2 hours. After 5 minutes use, the card balance became zero. I called customer care. They were no use. As per the customer care representative, the card was used about 3 weeks back, sometime in October. I scratched the card myself on November 15th, used it for 5 minutes (it was valid).

There may be bad cards in circulations. Or Tata Indicom is cheating people.

Will someone care to investigate it?

Diwali Scheme is a fraud
Hello Friends,

I am Mahendra Gondaliya, i have purchased two tata indicom mobiles on this diwali, they have announced a scheme called DIWALI BONANZA. they gave me two coupons for purchase of two mobiles. i have scratched both card on which i got 25 Rs talktime, i have filled and signed the form and they told me that I will get the talk time within 2 days credited in my balance. buty 4 days has been paseed no increment on balance. So I visited the tata indicom shop again , but they have given me rude answer. Today about 20 days has been passed , i still haven't get any talktime credited on my balance.

So beware of these type of schemes friends, also the network coverage is the big issued in tata indicom mobiles.

recharge problem
i have purchase tata indicom prepaid connection let rock (student plan). i have found recharge of rs.200 is not working in this plan, checked with another same user also.
but according to plan this voucher is applicable to me ..........i talked to customer care also several times but no solution was provided to me. i am very much fed up of customer care service.

now my validity is about to end & now i want to recharge with rs1000 recharge voucher in which we get 1200 talk time with 6 months validity so any one help me whether this voucher is successful in lets rock plan or not.

Not providing good services!
I took two connection of tata indicom in which incoming free while roaming. They have changed plan without any intimation and they added the incoming charges while roaming in my bill. When i asked them they told me we cannot do anything about ur billing amount. Whenever i try to call customer care in day. Its always come busy. In online payments, they take 5-10 days. If it takes 5-10 days then what is the use of online payment. Eveytime their network busy. I am really fed up with Tata indicom. I suggest everyone not to take tata connection. These companies should be banned by TRAI.

tata indicom plug & surf prepaid
I very well knew that company like Tata Indicom are cheaters(I myself worked in TCS for 7 years). I went for a prepaid connection. In 3 days I charged 200 Rs each (total 600 rs). I downloaded 80MB(as per plan it should cost 160 Rs - 2 Rs/MB). But current balance shows only 200 Rs. I asked cust rep on how much I recharged.. He told I recharged only 114Rs.. Very strange!!!

Today morning I again charged 200 rs through ICICI internet banking and amount showed 279Rs.. After that I came to office with plug&surf SIM card and put in the mobile phone andchecked the balance. Now it tells 209 Rs balance. God knows where 70 Rs vanished since there was no activity in between.

I want to get back my 2850Rs of the device by returning it. Tata is the worst.. Just my thought after working for tata for 7 years (even had talked with TCS CEO Ramadurai directly- he is a piece of shit). Tata are cheaters. TCS pays low wages that person has to work with no earnings and remains indebted to tata for life long and with constant threat from demoniac managers that they have.. I will remain unemployed, but will never work for Tata.

I want Indian govt to also inspect tata - tidel park center and approve whether it has safe working conditions. There are 1000 people sitting in one floor..

Bloody cheap service
I got a tata land phone connection 6 months ago, am pay the deposit 500 rs and i got connection but the installation people came my home and said only small range is there am say in my room there r some range but other room r range but they go with phone and not install tata phone, then am call her sir and said but he never take action, than am send a compliant to tata compliant section but no reply r from there. Its a bludy basted service, am never use tata phone built my cash is not return before 6 months wats its tatas customer service... bludy cheep service...

Internat Data Card - Cheating in Billing
Dear Sir,

I am a tata indicom data card customer since Sep-o7. My data card No. is 9214447218. At the time of purchase of this card I have been told that the charges per month is Rs.325/- and I will get a free time of 1800 minutes per month. I have got my first bill for Rs. 383 just for 5 days and second bill is 4200 rs. I am unable to understand why there is a huge billing amount where I have used the card hardly for 40hrs. in a month.

This is a mere cheating of customer. You are requested to do the needful at the earliest.
