Account suspension
Tata indicom is a total fraud company. They took money for a 6 month prepaid connection, and after 1 month, disconnected it. We have made hundreds of phone calls, but they are just refusing to connect it back without giving any reason. We are totally helpless. Somebody please help us.

Fraud Billing by Tata Indicom
I am using Tata Indicom Walky for past 2 years. I was suspecting that the bill amount is being inflated considering the use, but I got the proof this month. Tata Indicom charges the customers for the missed calls also. I tried for some STD calls which were not picked up by the other party but I was charged for 1 unit for each of the calls. On complaining the call centre people arrogantly tell that their billing is right and no one is listening anything.
I ultimately disconnected the phone.

Tatas have made billions of rupees by un-ethical ways of charging like this. I appeal all of you to boycot this fraud company.

not responce from office side

I,m senthil kumar from madurai,i have use tata indicom lan line for the past three years, but few month back i bought a tata indicom mobile,when i bought that mobile, i had a some problem from that mobile, i don't know the correct tariff from the mobile when i bought that time, the sales person didn't told exact tariff to me, after that i used that mbile, the monthly bill was very high nearly 600 Rs, i chect it out the mobile tariff, monthly 100 Rs for mobile(emi Rs100 for 12 month, the mobile worth Rs1500,frist 300Rs paid for mobile when i bought that time) and Rs125 for the mobile rental and service tax added nearly Rs270 for mobile bill only, the sales person told only mobile amount Rs 1500,he told first u pay Rs300 and balance amount Rs 1200 u pay for the emi offer Rs100 on each month on ur lan line bill, so i decided to surrender my mobile connection, because i'm not pay this much amount, so i gave to the letter tata indicom office, by-pass road, After that mr.hari(he is working in head office,tata indicom) came to my home and told some offers,the offers are 3years rental free for lan line, and 3month 200/per month talk time free for mobile, so i accepted that offer and i was using that mobile contineously, the next month bill was high nearly 600Rs, so i decided to surrendermy mobile to conform this time, i gave to the letter once again tata indicom office,(the date was 29.9.2007),th day was going but no responce from that office, i spoke to mr.hari, he said you have call from chennai just u wait,he told this one,after that i made a call to 121 to register my complaint, i ask to the customer care executive, already i gave to the letter nearly tata indicom office, but he told me sorry sir we don't have receive any letter. I was getting very angry to that office, they don,t take no steps,simply they keep in my letter to put on the drawyer,so october 11th ,i complaint my mobile problem,four times i spoke to 121 and register my complaint, they told the process was going, why i'm told this the responce is not good, they didn't take action quickly, october 16th mr.hari came to my home, and he took my mobile, so i told that time i was paying Rs500 for mobile, so you have to adjust on my september bill, the september bill was Rs582, so i paid Rs500 for mobile, so you have to minus Rs500 on september bill, he told you have a call from chennai and you spoke to him this demand, so the next day october 17th outgoing was bar, but i don't get any call fom chennai and he don't ask me to they kept your mobile or not,i spoke to the 121 i told about this one, he told me sorry sir you must pay your september bill conform we don't have any adjustment on mobile Rs500, past three years i don't get any problem from your side, but when i bought that mobile i'm really get more tension from your side the responce is not good and he didn't work very quickly, today i went to tata indicom office ,by-pass road, i spoke to ms.vijayalakshmi she spoke to very angry to me and i decide to gave a surrender letter for my lan line phone she picked very angry to put her side, so this is my problem sir, so you have to take some action and adjust my september bill, otherwise i would like to surrender my lan line connection also, because of i don't like you sevice, full of cheating, i belive that you have to take some action very quickly on my side.

Misbehavior by customer care person
I am using tata indicom mobile from last 3 months.I was getting so much problem in network, because of that whenever i used call somebody, within seconds it use to disconnect, it self when i called customer care help line person named rajan told me to stop making calls if u are getting this problem. Is this is the answer to this problem.

Bad Service and no customer Support
I want to highlight upon a issue that i am facing on my Tata Indicom A/cNo :- 207722661. In which i am holding 2 Numbers as follows

Suroor, on 6th of october some other persons payment of Rs. 1,400/- reflect in my account and the payment was throuh cheque the cheque was issued on Oriental Bank of Commerce cheque no 104283. I am not having a bank account in OBC. i am contiuning following up with your customer care executives that boss this cheque was not mine and i hadn't still done the payment. after that i had visit True Value Shop in sahara mall. On this concern i had discussed with them. They had told me to please clear the outstanding bill amount of previous month of Rs 821/-, i had done the payment on same day of Rs. 850/- (Recipt No.3083096).



But after that i am still not able to convience them that this is your fault and you had to sort out. I am totally pissed off with your bloody customer care support and Tata Indicom True Value Shops. Please drill some sense of humor in their mind that first listen to customer if he is wrong or wright



I had done hundred's of complaint in customer care , i had written a e-mail to Delhi Nodal Officer

Aneet Chacko, along with i had faxed in his office. but his skills of level is Zero. He don't even bother to reply my e-mail. if tried to reach his numer his number is always busy. i had given a feedback on your tata indicom website. but still no response



Boss, can you tell what is customer satisfaction................................................

misbehaving , no manners , completely uneducated and non professional staff..

Oh my god, its horrible talking about this company and its staff .
As i am a customer of tata indicom from last 5 years but still they cant satisfy their customers ..
i wont be writing much about the company bcoj as much as i ll write , the space will be getting reduced and i have so much to write about the company that i can fill my full computer with the complaints of this company..
better would be if any of the company member should call me up and contact me their only..

Useless service
"Switch to Tata Indicom and experience the difference". Sounds very good isn't it?. I switched to Tata Indicom and experienced the difference also. Now I decided I will never switch to Tata Indicom in future and also I will try my level best to keep my friends or peoples around me away from this service.

Thank you tata indicom for showing me "how the service should not be?". I assure you that you will not be able to find out a single responsible person in the customer care of Tata Indicom on which you can depend.

Poor service!
I had applied for TaTa Indicom Plug to Surf Dial up connection since i needed the internet connectivity very urgently. Marketing executive came to my house and before taking Rs 2950 (Equipment charge + sim charge) promised me of 150kbps of connectivity speed and getting my sim activated within 24 hours. After paying the amount i couldn't get the sim activated even after 48 hrs. In view of the profitability we have today forgotten the values. Marketing executives from companies like Tata Indicom go to the customers with smiling faces and lots of false promises. Customers fall pray to these promises and buy the products to get disappointed.
