Poor service!
I am Anil Gharge (B/o Sayaji Gharge) having Tata Indicom walky landline connection 022-6519 6792. Recently (01.09.2007), I have recharge Rs. 1600 voucher for life time incoming facility based on the confirmation given by sale person Mr. Rajesh Singh – 9867250379 (Mumbai) that Rs. 350 bonus talktime will be credited within one week. Till date bonus talktime is not credited. Moreover, this person now says, you have paid only Rs. 1250 and on this amount bonus talktime is not available. This means that this agency people have cheated me for Rs. 350. When contacted to agency at tel no 022-65176443, blundering reply received. These people even avoid talking no of times. Tata Indicom should take immediate action against this agency and sale man Mr. Rajesh Singh, because for just earnings extra perks these agency people promises anything to customer.

Disconnection of mobile phone services even after payment of bill
I am a subscriber of postpaid tata indicom mobile phone services. I had paid my telephone bill for the month of September on 24th September, 2007 through cheque and the last date for submission of the bill was 28th September, 2007. On the morning of 9th October, i found that i was not able to make any outgoing calls, infact my outgoing as well as incoming calls and messages were barred. When i called up customer care, they told me that all the calls were barred due to non payment of bill amount for September.since neither i could make any calls nor receive any, i had to suffer a lot in my job. Despite the fact that i had already paid the bill, i had to suffer so much. So now i want to file a case against the company and recover compensation for the same.

Poor service!
I booked new connection of TATA Indicom postpaid mobile on 8th of sept. at dealer. The dealer told me i will get my connection within 48 working hrs. 2 days went i didn't receive my phone so i went to dealer he told i will get it tomorrow. Again 2 days went i did not received my phone. I went to dealer .He told me my address verification was negative.( No body was at u r home when the person came for verification & he has written door color is white). My house is having brown colored door.So i logged complaint in call center. As usual they said we r sorry u will get connection very soon.2 days went i never got my phone. Not any person visited my house for verification.
Whenever i used to go to dealer, if it is morning he will say u will get connection today evening definetly, if it is evening he will say u will get connection tomorrow anyhow.
At last on 17 th sept. person came for verification. He told i will get handset in 2 days. As usual within 2 days handset not received. I started calling to call center on daily basis. Every time they r giving commitment u will receive u r mobile within 48 hrs. thus days went on and on and i received my cell on 29 th.
Meantime i sent mail to call center. No reply to that mail. I logged another complaint against dealer as he was giving false commitments again & again. That complaint was not solved so they gave me another complaint. no. That was also not solved so they gave me 3 rd complaint no. At last i left followup of complaint against dealer. Till date no body has called up regarding that complaint.
After receiving mobile someone called up asking " Now do u have any complaint regarding dealer?" I answered " I received my cell so my one complaint is closed but how can u close complaint of dealer when he is telling lie." They must have closed my complaint any how.

Poor service!
I have purchased tata indicom mobile <9212 418 485 ** Post-paid> in March 2007 & paying Rs. 500 per month as my telephone bill. As i am paying this money for talking through my mobile phone, TATA is taking this money out for not sending clear network...
TATA indicom is looting our money by simply saying "Switch to TATA Indicom". Moreover when i see their ad on TV, i simply laugh on their slogans!!!

Billing fraud!
This is one of the most irresponsible service Provider in the universe that I have come across. I am a Tata Indicom land line Coustomer. My Plan was 180/- per month which includes caller ID. But my every month bill that I get from Tata INdicom is not less than 450/-. Frankly Saying we use it rarely, since every one in our residence got mobile. More over I have faxed them my cancellation on 10/09/2007, but still no action is taken...

Fraud and cheating!
This cheaters, attracted me with good offers and got 1622/- from me, with promise that connection will be done within two or tree days. This is now a week and in am repeatedly calling the concerned person and he is not able to provide the right answer.
So, please please do not take TATA INDICOM.

Poor service!
Till now I have not received the pen drive.I was asked to pay full amount in Cash for 24 hrs delivery. Inspite I am following up for past 15 days. Till now no proper response. I have asked the money back. Still no response.
People beware!

Poor service!
What type of internet is this?? Dial up internet was much more better than this and costs much more cheaper... It shows 230 kbps... nonsense! Its not even near to 56kbps dial up connection... I wanted to use internet very badly one day but this insane connection...! I am going to return this cheap product back to there face... awful...

Indifference and over exploitation
The Tata Indicom service is very good on its technical side, but is the worst as far as customer service is concerned. Through their telemarketing, they sold me a koyecera hand set whose battery was found weak the very next. It is three weeks, no one wants to help me. The service agent comes to the house for selling the piece, but does not care to come and replace the battery. An 80 year old person is asked to travel long distance to their service center, stand in queue and beg them to change the battery.
The worst part of it is no senior executive is available on phone to answer the call or look into the complaint. All the mails sent to the Nodal Officer remains unanswered.
They impose an exorbitant tariff on you and do not even care to inform the existing customers of the different tariff revisions done from time to time. When this is pointed out and requests are made for change in tariff, they ask you to wait for a month, impose the same tariff to get more money from you before the change is effected. Either the staff members are thoroughly inefficient or their system itself needs revamping.
I don't understand how such a big organization like TATAs are turning a blind eye to the numerous complaints made by the customers.

Rechargeable coupon problem
One time i got recharge coupon of tata indicom cell and when i feed that number for recharge then server said this is invalid coupon and after that i talked with customer care they all try try to make me convince after i didn't get positive result its too bad tata indicom.
